A discussion with Page One Writing Center tutor Loreen Lee and English faculty member Diana Ma about how their work as writers influences their practice as educators and vice versa. Loreen Lee recently published the book The Lava Never Sleeps: a Honolulu Memoir and Diana Ma published her first young adult novel Heiress Apparently: Daughters of the Dynasty.  In this podcast, they discuss their writing process, how their work as educators has informed their approach to writing, and what it has been like to be a working writer while sequestered at home during COVID-19.
