Die einen nennen ihn Jörn, die anderen Sommersonnenwende. Seit kurzem hört er auch auf Papa. 
Der 33-jährige DJ, Produzent und Däddy kann bereits auf eine fabelhafte Karriere zurückblicken. Angefangen hat es auf den  Straßen Berlins. 

Openairs und Raves haben Sommersonnenwende zu dem gemacht was er heute ist. 

Aus diesem Drive schloss er sich dem Label Schwerelos Berlin an, bei dem er nun die Fäden in die Hand genommen hat. 

Manche sagen, es sei Space-Techno, manche sagen, es sei Acid oder HardGroove. Wie auch immer man es nennt, es fühlt sich an wie eine väterliche Umarmung. 

Alles, was wir wissen, ist, dass Sommersonnenwende auf einer Mission ist, den Dancefloor zum kochen zu bringen.

Type III is a forthcoming record label and event series founded by two brothers from San Francisco who have been working together as Guidewire for over 25 years. After moving to Berlin in 2023, they expanded Type III as a platform for releasing music, hosting events, and continuing their long-running podcast. While rooted in techno, Type III explores a range of electronic sounds, aiming to create immersive experiences and bring artists together under a shared vision. The label’s first releases are on the horizon, and its event series has now begun.
