This replaces "Lancer" in the second of the three variations of Schreibertale + Deltarune, known as "Whitefire." This one's for the college experience of Eric (aka Dusty), who replaces Asgore in Schreibertale.

The excitable and adorkable Chance takes the role of Lancer. More info on him later.

This is a track with no replacement in the first of the three variations of Schreibertale + Deltarune, known as "Heliotrope." This one's for my (Slick's) personal college experience.

You actually get to visit the Fountain replacement of this AU before it's "activated," and this plays at the site before it's ready to go. Inspired by Clockwork from OFF.

[Any AU where Toriel is Asriel] Loving Memory

I started writing ‘Off Pat’ in November 2022, began recording it in February 2023 and completed recording in May 2024.  

All the music is my own original composition but written in the style of Pat Metheny and Lyle Mays, referencing the Pat Metheny Group albums. I hope it is seen as a tribute that borrows rather than one that steals.  

There are 8 parts: 
Part 1 - Up And Running, establishes a melody, repeated later, with a plucked synth sound and then with solos on the synth, piano and electric guitar. 
Part 2 - All There, begins with a dreamy section and develops into a faster section with synth and guitar solos.
Part 3 - That’s That, is also in an upbeat rhythm with synth and electric guitar solos, ending in a final crescendo.
Part 4 - Night Dance, is a ballad with the melody played by a synth guitar, with an electric guitar solo and string setting in the middle section. 
Part 5 - Going Up, is in two sections, the latter with an accordion voice.
Part 6 - On The Beat, is in a Latin style with three percussion groups - a standard kit, timbales and congas. 
Part 7 - Images Of This, hints at the melody from Part 1 in alternating keys.
Part 8 - Here At Last, re-states Part 1 with an electric guitar/piano duet and a synth solo, ending with themes from Part 2.

Have you ever been excited to see an AU continue in some capacity, particularly in the music department, only for it to suddenly vanish or meet an untimely demise? That's where we come in.

This is a project where we make songs for AUs that have fallen by the wayside, either due to long inactivity or being completely killed off. Not only will it likely bring back some nostalgic memories of stories long forgotten, but it will also create more variations of lesser-known non-Megalo tracks. Sure, this AU had a sans., a Trousle, and a Megalo, but did it ever have a Spear of Justice? An Another Medium? A Shop? An Amalgam? You get the idea. Right now Toadie and I work on this project alone, and we're hoping to release one track every 1-2 weeks. But the more manpower we have, the more we can accomplish! So if this project sounds like something that you'd like to be a part of, shoot me a message on Discord (Slick Silver#8818) with a sample of your music and what interests you about the project to apply!
