3 weeks holiday in the Philippines, after wonderful days in the sea diving or sunbathing on the beach, we came to Nacpan Beach. Here I knew immediately that would be the location for the set. So the evening before recording, I started looking for suitable tracks for the location. The next day the time had come and the set was created at 32° on the beach in blazing sun. I hope you enjoy listening and feel the vibe <3

Happy start into the week! We celebrate our 50. Traumcast with a very special trip. We join @tvisker on a journey through percussions, warm melodies and driving beats. 

Layers over layers build a cotton like soundscape to let yourself fall only to be interrupted by strong synthesizer rhythms and heart opening drops. The perfect soundtrack to start the festival season!

🥁 Did you have any significant realizations in 2024 that you'd like to share with us?

Nothing keeps you fresher, sexier and happier than raving. But I have this insight every year 🤤.

🥁 What is your favorite procrastination activity?

Watching Start Trek from the 80s/90s. Pro tip: I recently started re-watching the X-Files. I've never fallen asleep so smoothly and quickly 🛸👌🏻.  

🥁 What is the strangest or most unusual talent you possess?

I am an amateur ornithologist. Little flying dinosaurs with complex social behavior - love it. My favorite birds are jackdaws. They are very intelligent, sociable and spend the whole day chatting, playing and cuddling.

Not only does she co-host our wild Solirave at GartN with @afterhoursounds, but little does many know she’s also a passionate force in our rave scene—promoting new artists, empowering fresh talents, and sprinkling joy wherever she plays. 🔥

And without any doubt you can hear that in her sets. Playing on Sunday evening, this mix drives us between dreamy afterhour vibes and cheeky asswhooping beats. Naughty vocals followed by heavy drops, dark disco beats and funky midtempo grooves turn our living room (or work space) in a casino of strolling cats. 🐈‍⬛

😺 What book are you currently reading, and how is it?

Wilhelm Tell (Schiller) - No, it’s not for pleasure, but the new item on the compulsory reading list I have to teach at school. The plot is confusing, the political/ historical setting of the play hard to understand. Why someone would think that this is a suitable choice for a bunch of teenagers in the 21st century, will remain a mystery to me.


😽 What is your favorite procrastination activity?

When a pile of class tests is waiting for me to be corrected, it’s definitely digging music, creating funny intros for my sets and watching Ableton tutorials. 


😼 If you could live in any fictional world from a book or movie, where would you choose to live and why?

I would be curious to know what it is like to be Tobias, the protagonist of the novel „Als wir nach den Sternen griffen“ by Theresa Herold. The story is set in the embassy of Western Germany in Prague during the summer of 1989. Tobias is a single parent who fled there with his daughter from the former East German regime (GDR), fighting for his family and other refugees to be granted asylum by the West-German BRD. I’m still fascinated with the circumstances of that time because I feel that we can learn a lot about non-violent protest against a totalitarian political system.

tschu tschu, der gefyhlsexpress rollt über die grenzen deutschlands tief in den süden. dort, wo die spanische sonne, die sommertage noch nicht verabschiedet hat und lauschige tunes warten.
nächster halt:  l'a cultural - @niu barcelona, 
tief treibende bässe locken das teils verschlafene feiervolk am samstag mittag aus ihren zelten, um mit dem gefyhlsexpress in elektronischen frequenzen einzutauchen und die zellen rythmisch zu wecken. 
die buhu stage öffnet mit ordentlich dampf und die gleise sind gestellt auf bouncy emotions. hier und da ein bisschen melodische landschaften und hin und wieder eine wummernde baseline. 
und hier gibts nochmals den fahrtenbucheintrag auf die ohren. 

@la cultural: was eine unfassbar schöne zeit und was ein erlebnis von diesem wunderschönen festival und dieser family ein teil sein zu dürfen. ab sekunde 1 habe ich mich zuhause gefühlt und ich danke euch und das team für diese wunderschöne erfahrung <3 wir sehen uns nächstes jahr wieder, das ist gewiss. und ja ich hatte nicht nur einmal pipi in den augen während des sets und auch über die gesamte zeit. liebe geht raus an euch!
