Tale Of Us are Berlin-based musical partnership Karm and Matteo who are currently re-writing the rulebook for deeply moving, emotional electronic music.

Hofer66 began DJing in the early 90s after living the true beginning of house music in Ibiza in 1989 with the live performance of Adamski in Amnesia in Ibiza.

After this first impact he started to play in Ibiza in legendary places like Km5 from 1991 on, at this point with tapes and a rudimentary mixer.

From 1992 - 1995 he was playing in Germany in legendary places like 'The Box' in Frankfurt, 'Babalu' in Munich, 'Oz' in Stuttgart and 'Oktan' near Freiburg.

In 1996 he moved to Ibiza and played almost every club and bar on the island in the following years.

Since 2001 he is the editor of dub Magazine Ibiza, so he is giving back the people what they give to him - his spirit and love for this music. 

In march 2012 dub Magazine became dub Ibiza network going online again at www.dubibiza.com. On hold for the moment dub will be back somehow somewhen stronger than ever - quality never prostitutes.

In 2005 he started his own partyseries called 'sense - everything that makes sense', becoming one of the most successful parties during the wintermonths in Ibiza for 4 years in a row.

Since 2008 he produces together with Ingmarlo under the name 'Sonicure', including collaborations with Stephen Russell - The Barefootdoctor. Until today they released more than 20 tracks with the label Movinsounds Ibiza.

In 2009 he was nominated for the DJ Awards in the category 'Best Ibiza Resident'.

Also in 2009 he was a regular guest in the infamous 'Watergate' in Berlin with his mates Patrik Bodmer and Philipp Jung aka M.A.N.D.Y.

Another remarkable residency is in the infamous 'Macarena' Club in Barcelona, Spains smallest but most acclaimed House Club.

From March 2011 until February 2012 he was programming director of Ibiza Sonica, one of the main electronic radio stations in Ibiza.

From 2004 - 2020 he broadcasted his show 'igr makes sense' live and direct every single week, becoming one of the longest residencies on Ibiza Global Radio with over 750 radioshows in 16 years.

In 2014 his party concept 'Local Heroes' joined Carl Cox' 'Music is Revolution' events Tuesdays in Space for 6 exclusive nights.

In 2015 and 2016 he took 'Local Heroes' back to the underground with a weekly residence in Sansara Ibiza.

Since 2017 he celebrates his show 'purified' live and direct every Monday @ prime time from 09 - 10 PM CET on www.pureibizaradio.com.

In 2018 he was resident in the legendary 'El Clodenis' and had a short but intense residency with 'Odyssey' in Seasoul Ibiza.

In 2019 he played strictly private events and a few selected gigs, e.g. with Ricardo and Luciano at Storytellers in Cova Santa.

Since 2020 he only plays selected gigs and private parties worth the while, ukwis.

In 2025 he became the musical director of 'El Tigre Morado', a beach spot in Cala de Bou - bringing back the original Balearic vibe melted with Lounge, Downbeat and mellow Drift House as he likes to define his style for the hours after sunset. He plays three times a week himself and put together a team of experts for the other days to entertain the guests during their stay.

His style is well known for the variety of deep, sexy, sensual grooves ranging from Deep House to Deep Tech House. He is as well known for his endless sets on the beaches of Ibiza, playing from Chill to Lounge, Balearic to Downbeat, finishing up with Drift House. He prefers to play long sets to take the people on a trip rather than a short, intense set.

From early breakout hit "Phat Dope Shit" in 2002 to "Heavy Heart", a new collaboration with Skrillex and Fireboy DML, Dice has always been in the headlines. After his debut album "7 Dunham Place" on his own now long-running and well-regarded Desolat in 2008, came the major label follow-up "Underground Sound Suicide" on Ultra Music with guests like Giggs, Just Blaze, and Neneh Cherry, then the agenda-setting and club-focussed house and techno showcase that was "Love Letters" in 2018. 

Add in tens of EPs on Ovum, Minus, Cocoon, to name a few, and his remixes from everyone from Kevin Saunderson to Moby, Black Coffee to Disclosure, Warren G to Basement Jaxx, Loco Dice has always been at the beating heart of the electronic scene. 

His DJ sets, too, always brim with personality, whether in a small underground basement or on an iconic main stage at some of the world's top festivals like EDC Ultra, Tomorrowland and Coachella to name a few, playing to thousands. He has had era-defining residencies at iconic Ibiza super clubs like Circoloco at DC-10 and on the Amnesia Terrace as well at Space Miami. 

His lockdown move has been to unveil En Coleur, a label reserved exclusively for his own music produced at that time. SB Recordings followed. A new label open to all styles of dance music.

Since day one Loco Dice constantly pushes the boundaries of techno and house music production, from his appearance in 2004 PlayStation2 game "Decks & FX" to cooking up his own ideal fusions of hip hop and electronic music with his FKD side project or writing critically acclaimed runway soundtracks for Italian fashion designer Marcelo Burlon during Men’s Fashion Week in Milan for both FW20 and SS20.

Dice's distinctive fashion sense and strong visual aesthetic manifest in his collaborations with Amsterdam fashion label Daily Paper, pro sports hat purveyors New Era and in his own clothing brand Seran Bendecidos. 

All of this and his longevity prove that Loco Dice is undoubtedly an insatiable creative force most interested in the uncharted territory between genres and styles, the elements that link everything together.
