Hard to describe this song to you. But I’ll try. I have mental health like everyone else in the world, but is much more intense with the depression and extreme anxiety from past trauma. I take a lot of meds for it that a lot of times gives me bad side effect, and feel sick a lot of the time. I guess making me call it a deadly weapon. This song is pretty self explanatory by the name. But to break it down fast food, alcohol, weed, cigarettes/vape, gambling and even cutting yourself to some people is a drug. And no one should shame a person for what they pick unless it it is brining harm to them. Which it’s also complicated because most of the addictions we have do. Weird New Jersey (Version 2)

This is a recording I was holding onto of me, singing and tiny guitar with my friend Isaiah in the background singing that has some lead parts at the end. We jammed this song out at Morristown next to the Dunkin’ Donuts when I was homeless we both were staying at the shelter. I just got done cutting and editing and mixing up the song adding extra sounds to it. The drums weren’t in timing so I had to make a strong beat by scratch. I went to this rehab called Maryville and was in south Jersey in the woods. So was kinda hard to leave if you didn’t want to compleat the program. Pretty shore this song is self explanatory. I been having insomnia real bad since the winter started. It can be kinda hard where I live in the winter to find a job because it’s a vacation area next to the lake but if you don’t drive your fucked and usually won’t have someone help you out that drives past you everyday to pic up on my long walks to get what I need to get done. So I usually wake up from a short sleep at 2 or 3 am. This is a recording of a song I played while on the streets of me just playing guitar and remixed it on garage band and added lyrics.
