This song is inspired by a ramen shop called "Shichifuku-ken" in Tsukuba, Ibaraki Pref. I have never forgotten the first time we ate the owner's favorite "Pure Sea Bream Soba".
The most shocking thing was the sight of the owner cutting up a sea bream with a Japanese sword in the kitchen. The sea bream thrown into the air floats while drawing a parabola, and he chooses the right timing to cut. Afterwards, a kind of show in which a part-time job catches them is the best thing to see in this store.
In addition, the area around the store is an amusement district where you can play until morning comes after your meal. About seven years ago, we used to go to the ramen shop and club every weekend. If you listen to this song, please come and see it.
