Tom runs the @averagerecordsbln Youtube channel and reissue label, is behind the "Dancing For Mental Health" parties at Sameheads, sometimes Jeroen van der Smut lets Tom brew coffee at @smuttyedits HQ and he ran the event series "Cosmic Service" in Berlin with Alexander Arpeggio.
