Manchester native Loz Goddard has been crafting high-quality releases since 2015, garnering early support from the likes of Mr. Scruff, Mike Huckaby, Move D, and Session Victim. His latest work has been manifested in the form of the ‘Balloon Tree Road’, an LP set for release on Oath - purveyors of visionary electronic decadence, heavily conceptual and forward-facing in their creative output.

‘Sun27’ sees our Manchester-based producer make full use of his TR-8 drum machine, delivering sharp electro decadence across harmonic arpeggiator patterns that extend dreamily through the arrangement. The rising tension through the first of the track is released like a barrage with the introduction of renegade breakbeats and a bouncy FM bassline.

I am beside myself with joy to honour the memory of my high school bestie Dan Wayne Dunlop (October 4, 1957 – November 17, 2012), by re-recording, producing and publishing his original song "Young Love".  Dan and I first met in junior high school and became the best of friends in high school.  We were bad, had tons of fun and jammed together often for many years.  Known by many names, Dan, Big Mouth or the Baron of Barrie, he loved the Barrie, Ontario community and its people. He felt at home in Barrie and even recorded a song, an ode to his adopted City of Barrie.  Dan, as an entertainer extraordinaire, was best known for hosting the comedy skit-based TV show "Big Mouth" winning a Rogers Television Award in 2005 as best on-air personality.  Dan, AKA "FastManDan," wrote "Young Love" in the late 1970s. He recorded it on a cassette player using a drum machine, his guitar, and, of course, his vocals. My AI attempt to revive the recording from my cassette copy didn't work out, so I decided to re-record the song. The great thing is I couldn't be more pleased with the results, and I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!  In many ways, Dan was my mentor.  I admired and took inspiration from his independent nature, courage, talent and outstanding determination.  A born comedian and later a cartoonist, singer, songwriter, guitarist, Impressionist, puppeteer, exotic pet handler, film producer, radio talk show host, cameraman and film editor,  Dan was one dynamite entertainer and a hilarious prankster!  Just as important was his good nature and big heart.  Dan truly cared about the well-being of others and was not afraid to show you that side of himself.  Dan influenced and affected many people's lives, and all are grateful to have known this man. I miss him very much and crack a smile whenever I think of the good times we had together.  As much as a man can love a man, I loved Dan – rest in peace, my great friend and brother!  Wow, is it not the coolest thing knowing that your spirit has a voice through this great tune of yours?

I'm So Slow (RADIO)

From the beginning music has prowled with accordion lessons at a young age, followed by sax, blues harp and more recently piano, vocals, song writing and recording.  Thomas Patton (AKA TomCattt) credits his mother for his stage name "TomCattt” as she was big on nick names for those she held close to her heart. TomCattt's music is best described as easy listening and sometimes retro, yet with a contemporary mix and feel. Accompanied by the creative tracks of a number of gifted musicians, his first album Hiiyaaaaaaaaaaa inspires imagination and finds a way to impress with a unique vocal sound, compelling harmony and gripping melody. The lyrical content is in fact a living reflection of this artists emotional journey that followed leaving love, finding a new love only to lose love once again.
