In 1981 through 1983 I was stationed overseas while serving in the U. S. Army. That's where I bought my first guitar. I couldn't even tune the thing. I had to get a friend to tune it for me. I was 22 years old and homesick. So, I wrote this song. My first try at song writing. I have learned to tune my own guitar since then.
