Hello friends,

After settling back into normalish life and letting the joys of all the amazing times, art and people experienced over the course of the Afrikaburn week settle. I have some time to post this live set, played on Loki the Rhino & god of mischief.

I had such fun playing this set on Monday @ the most perfect playa sunset, the rest of the week was dedicated to hanging out with friends and being part of the Loki support camp, tree of stories and whatever else came my way. What a privilege to spend such special times under the African sky.

Thank you to all the musicians who's music I shared, gratitude for every piece of you brilliance.

Afrikaburn 2024 was all that I hoped for and way more! Here is a special melodic house set I did for the lovely Cymatica family on their amazing handbuild soundsystem on the Madhatters mutant vehicle right after the Clan burn on Saturday night. What a ride 😍

Ahh the Dung Beetle, what a special stage. I'm very grateful to be invited back to play by David, Jeffrey, Kerry and the crew, and what a vibe it was. I wanted to bring some classic Zsa Zsa indie dance, but this time we went a little harder. I say we, because our friends on Ele-Phantom joined the party, Jan Tuna Mayo came out in force, my very own professional dancer, Flora, lit up the stage once again, and there were even two "Ga Ga for Zsa Zsa" heroes out and about.

Tommy started DJ-ing in the late 90's when he was moving between Cape Town and London. This was an incredible time to get into electronic music in Africa and in Europe. Since then he has amassed bags of experience by traveling the world and by opening up to the University of Life. Tommy’s sees his sound as a global snapshot of this beautiful world's music and cultures. He believes that the music we share today was born from Millions of years of Joy and the gathering of our ancestor's. It sits deep in our DNA. Tommy is an avid Afrika Burner, with  ‘Loki the Rhino support crew' and sharing music from the top of Loki the Rhino is his happy place. His favorite times to play are sunset and sunrise. But occasionally he can be heard deep into the dark of night. See you on the dance floor!
