DJ Ten - The Ultimate 90s Rave - The Missing Set [Apr 2022]

So, five days before I'm due to appear at the biggest Old School event ever held in Scotland....I get Covid! Yeah, gutted doesn't even begin to describe how I felt. I put so much work into planning my set that rather than go to waste I decided to record it for you to hear what I had in store. This is an extended mix, the set would have been whittled down a bit to fit in the 1 hour slot but as I don't have that restriction here I decided to give you a 32 track Old School blast. Covering tracks from 1991-1993 I have tried to fit in a little bit of everything. As I was due to be on quite early, the tempo is low going from 130bpm up to 140bpm. Anyway, I enjoyed putting this together but I just wish I had the chance to perform it at the event, hope you like it!

Hey there folks, as most of my fellow dj's & ravers will know, tomorrow 25th march marks Tom Wilsons 10th anniversary since he sadly passed away. I've put together a special 30 min tribute mash-up type mix, hand picking tracks from Tom's many great compilations he released, I hope you all enjoy the mix as much as i did putting it together. There are still tickets available for the massive tribute night being held in The City Nightclub in Edinburgh on Sat 12th of April, with all proceedings going to the British Heart Foundation. Tony Oldskool - Tom Wilson 10 Years On Tribute Mix

With Tom Wilson passing ago ten year's ago we saw now a fitting time to upload this one of the oldest Twisted recordings we have, this is the late great Tom Wilson's set from our second ever event which took place Easter 2000, across three rooms at The Venue in Edinburgh. The party was a charity event with all proceds going to Children in Kosovo. The event itself raised a large sum for the charity and we are eternally grateful to Tom who played for free and did more than anyone else on the bill to ensure it was a sucess relentlessly pluging the event on the radio without even being asked too.

We have nothing but respect for Tom, and we hope you enjoy this set which he played early on in the night.

Anyone in the mood for partying tonight, there is an event taking place in Edinburgh to commemorate 10 years since Tom passed away and a chance to remember this true old skool legends life. This event 100% of proceeds will go to British Heart Foundation. More info can be found here:
