Kick starting us off for 2018 in the best possible way is the one of the top selling hard house artists of last year, Wayne G. Bringing his usual driving energetic baselines and clean production, Wayne builds this one up from prior to the to break so when it comes back, it comes back twice as hard. Subtle key changes and the original vocal combined with some reverse hoovers makes this a solid remix.

Finally we can welcome the legend that is Matt Clarkson to Toolbox. It was a no brainer to ask Matt to do this remix and doesn't disappoint. His take on this with a groovier drive really stands out from the original. Listen out for the riff changes in the second half of the track, Clarkson style.

Toolbox cannot get enough of this remix, Dan Diamond at his absolute best. That vocal break at the start of the tune really is a goosebump moment before anything has happened! Rolling energy with the baseline teamed with vocal stabs and old skool hits dances along nicely until the break. The synth used for the break is full on dirty but uplifting with that huge diva vocal and when it kicks back- power! 10 out of 10.

Finally the Fur returns to Toolbox with her remix offering of Spacehopper. Heavy baselines, lots of attitude vocals and two fake double baseline drops makes for a teasing remix, and as you would expect one or two hoovers!

Little clip of my next release which happens to be my first collaboration with my good friend Rick James - and it's another cheeky lift of a 90s banger! I had my heart set on doing a hard house rework of this particular track for years, and it was always going to be the case that anything me and Rick produced together was going to go down this route, so after getting hold of the parts I took them straight to him for our first project. I think its fair to say this one definitely turned out as planned!

Toolbox loves Dan Diamond and he is back for another cheeky vocal, synth smasher. His trademark baseline has so much energy without even trying! The rising acid lines in the breakdown lead perfectly to the kickback which is all about that baseline.

For our first ever track together we wanted to do something big. So we decided to take one of the biggest tracks of the last decade and turn it on its head.

The Flash Harry remix of Til Tears Do Us Part  does magical things to a dancefloor. The track has a lot of haters but it has a damn sight more lovers! Many people have tried to remix it but we feel they have always fallen short. We noticed that its specific little things in the Flash Harry mix that make it so special. If you just take the riff and bolt on a new baseline its not going to work as well.

We decided the best way to attack it would be to remake the Flash Harry version from top to bottom using the latest tools available. Make it new and crisp. Bring it bang up to date. BUT we needed to add a few surprises without detracting away from the magic! 

After appearing on youtube and featuring in some popular mixes we thought we better upload it to soundcloud for you all to enjoy!
