A fact that has earned the label a swarm of heavyweight support that ranges from&nbsp;Marco Carola, Joseph Capriati, Richie Hawtin, Solomun, Dubfire&nbsp;and&nbsp;Adam Beyer&nbsp;to&nbsp;Joris Voorn, Luciano, Green Velvet, Jamie Jones, Nic Fanciulli&nbsp;and&nbsp;Pete Tong with plays on BBC Radio 1.

Long time Trax favourites Tuff London are back with their first release of 2022 – ‘Take You Up’, an energetic club-ready record that the London based producers are known for.

 Toolroom Trax family members for a minute now, Tuff London have been releasing on the label since first forming as a duo in 2015, with a string of hits on the label including ‘Jus’ Come’ & ‘Kill ‘Em With Da Boom’, to last year’s club weapon ‘Heart Beat’; Tuff London have a reputation for dropping bangers that’s for sure.

Continuing with what they do best, ‘Take You Up’ is a fresh addition to the duo’s discography and one that is itching to be dropped in the club. Established Dutch DJ and producer, Funkerman, makes his debut on Toolroom's Trax imprint this July with his brand-new single, 'Runnin' For The Rhythm' featuring the hypnotic, warming vocals of Tania Foster.

From his first love of pioneering US Hip Hop, through obsessive crate digging for classic Soul, Disco and Funk, to riding on the first waves of US House; Funkerman has always been on a quest to find, make and play new and exciting music. Having co-founded Flamingo Recordings with fellow producer Raf Jansen and DJ/producer Fedde Le Grand back in 2004, Funkerman has always been at the forefront of killer Dance music, working with infamous artists and signing some of the biggest House tracks of the noughties, including Ida Corr's 'Let Me Think About It', Fedde Le Grand's 'Put Your Hands Up For Detroit' and the Fedde/Funkerman collaboration, '3 Minutes To Explain'.

New single, 'Runnin' For The Rhythm' infuses Funkerman's polished, signature sound with Tania's finessed vocals, combining a playful bassline, rolling percussion, grooving low end and heavyweight House drums, resulting in a future dancefloor anthem, perfect for the summer season!

Two of our Toolroom Academy graduates grace Trax this December with Fletcher Kerr and KEFFI teaming up to deliver the ‘Olhar’ EP. Both hailing from Scotland, Fletcher who enrolled in the Toolroom Academy's Production Certificate course and later, the more advanced Masterclass course joins forces with fellow Scot, KEFFI who also enlisted on the Production Certificate course to bring you an EP that was first born out of one of the legendary Toolroom writing camps earlier this year.

Their debut collaboration together, the ‘Olhar’ EP looks set to shake up the club in no time, offering two cuts of Trax goodness with lead title, ‘Olhar’ infusing elements of M.O.D.’s classic ‘Moonshine’ to bring it into the 2020’s with a fresh twist on the 90’s classic, followed by Tech House stomper, ‘Impossible Beat’ which combines the duo’s moniker high energy sound with bags of soul and groove thrown in for good measure.
