Welcome to Thanks For The Smile.

Here we are, at the winter solstice, and just before Christmas.  The days are at their shortest, and this time of year has the dimmest light.  It's a time of rebirth, renewal, and regeneration, as we traverse the vertex of the solar cycle.  Getting here has been difficult, and no doubt more challenges lie ahead, but there is hope as soon we will see longer days, and a brighter future, as we make our way back toward summer. 

Making this mix has been a process.  It has challenged me in so many ways.  It has taught me to be a better DJ, and a better person.  I am incredibly grateful for all of the lessons. Many thanks for all of you for listening, for supporting me on this journey, and for being a friend when I've been in need.  A big thank you to Black Circle for your incredible music which inspired this mix. And thank you to the unseen forces that make everything possible on this planet.
