Far Too Loud is all about hi-tech, dancefloor-destroying music that makes people throw their hands in the air and go crazy. Think high-energy, aggressive funk with big basslines and crazy edits and you’ll know the sound. 

Formed by Oli Cash and Dom Smart back in 2005, their sound quickly won fans and only two years later picked up 'Best Single' at the Breakspoll Awards.  Later that year the FTL anthem 'Play It Loud', which saw a move from breakbeat to dirty electro-house, received a massive response and remains a crowd-pleaser to this day. 2009 saw the duo split with Dom forming techno moniker Neurodriver and Oli continuing with FTL, producing a string of electro chart-smashers including 'Bring Back Boogie' and 'Megaloud'.

The bass-fueled releases of 2012’s ‘Firestorm’ EP and the follow-up 'Faster Than Light' EP received high praise from all over the bass music scene, bursting with the now familiar big production and energy. Cementing FTL’s place in the bass music scene, these paved the way for more recent releases on heavyweight labels including OWSLA, Never Say Die, Disciple, and Monstercat, and remixes for bass-lords Zomboy, Snails and Pegboard Nerds.

Well experienced in delivering unique sets packed with energy, whether it’s 200 people in a sweaty underground club or 20,000 at an outdoor festival, you can be sure it’s going to go off when FTL is in control!

This Soundcloud account is the page that hosts all 365 sounds from my project 365 Days Of Sound that I did in 2011. Here you will find 30 second recordings which can be listened to, downloaded and used in any way you see fit. Each sound has its own description so make sure you read it while you're listening. They are all under a part Creative Commons licence meaning they can be used by anyone but not for commercial use. If you would like to use these sounds for commercial purposes please email me at 365daysofsound@gmx.com and I'm sure we can come to a simple agreement.

This project turned from a little idea to something huge. As of today my sounds have been listened to 68233 times, my sounds have been featured on several blogs (including 3 times on Soundcloud's own blog) and I was made Soundclouder of the Day by Soundcloud themselves.

TOXICOLOGIST is one half of live tekno duo DAMAGED ELECTRONICS and onetime member of UNNECESSARY SURGERY. He was a resident at Cambridges PANIC! nightclub and Edinburgh's PREQUEL preclub night and has also had guest spots at a number of nights inlcuding CURIOS? SPLIT and too many free parties to mention. Stylisticly he is all ablout the dancefloor, jumping from one genre to another with ease. He covers dubstep, breaks, baseline, techno, house, breakcore, hardtek, gabber all laced with a heavy dose of funk.

Tornaido, formerly known by many pseudonyms is a Techno producer who's live sets effortlessly captivate audiences wherever he plays, with a relentless onslaught of tough and funky techno that has a uphoric and sinister overtones. 
Big boss at club night Tension and member of soundsystem collectives Chapel Perilous/6toms Anon with a history of over a decade playing out alongside artists from accross the Techno spectrum he is certainly a force to be reckoned with!
