Pleasure Dome is an ode to the early days of New York and Chicago dance parties, where everything revolved around the freedom of being, spirituality and the set of musical storytelling.

It's a series of musical gatherings established in 2023 in Paris, aiming to revive the original spirit of the dancefloor and bring back excitement through quality and innovation.

This podcast is a small window through the infinite world of Pleasure Dome.

During his teenage years, El Kazed stumbled upon the world of house music, delving into the collections of record shops in Sarrebrucken and grooving on the Belgian dancefloors. 

Then, He forged connections in Strasbourg with future label co-owners, Rony, Big Freak, and TheLau. After hosting numerous parties, they made the collective decision to launch Ordinaire Records, a label dedicated to their shared passion for deep house, aimed at promoting emerging producers. 

After releasing a few tunes on Ordinaire Records, El Kazed caught the attention of Chez Damier and released in 2023 "For A&S" on his newly established label, "House Of Chez." Keep an eye out for El Kazed's upcoming music releases; there's so much more to come!

Ace night out last Friday at Le Sacré with the man Marcel Vogel who play a killer set. They will be up soon on the Lumberjacks in Hell soundcloud for you to check out.
Also I really loved what they have done with the sound system there. It's not easy to have loud and clear sound in an urban situation where neighbours are living next door, so hats off to the tech guys responsible for the sound there aka David Rousseau and whole Sacré team. To cut a long story short they managed to make the sound feel louder in the club (including low end) without raising sound levels ouside for the neighbours. The club is slightly smaller as a consequence but the result brilliant. Well done guys!
