[Behind The Track]

Welcome to the thirty-seventh release of Launch Records. This time we got a new track by ICY called ‘Find The Lights’. ICY is famous for his powerful drops in combination with his self-designed sounds. This is the second release of ICY on Launch.

The song starts immediately with the vocals. Under the vocals, some background sounds are added together with some background chords. After a while, a baseline is added in combination with a clap. On top of that more and more layers are added. Hereby the tempo of the vocal is faster. In the buildup, you hear the beginning melody of the drop together with a guitar and atmospheric sounds in the background.

When the drop hits, the track is transforming into a powerful dance track. Hereby the melody gets the main attention. In the background, a baseline and clap are added to give more rhythm and power to the track. But to give more body to the drop more atmospheric sounds are added in the background. The drop has a really strong but clean melody line, which will be stuck in your head. In the bridge, another vocal is added together with the same background sounds. But this time the clap and bass have a different rhythm and a slightly different sound. 

All these aspects which are used in the track make the track a real Launch release. We are very happy to have a release again with this talented producer ICY, who has a bright future ahead of him.
