4Matt Productions Movement of Music, has been planted in the heart, and soul of Matthew Yates, since 1982. Being an underground artist, Matthew often held a background position in the industry. Matthew started out working with Stacy Kidd, Jerry C. King, Melvin Meeks, Andy Soul Sindane, V-Soul, Tisetso Ntsheno, Angela "Angel Life" Anderly, The Galaktik Knights, Glenn Underground, Pierre J. Gilles (P-Monie Moniestien), Lorenzo Chi, and Lefa Linka. Matthew Yates is a multi-talented, Singer, Songwriter, Producer, and Dj. Matthew Yates played key roles on several production projects on various labels such as 'YellOrange Records, 'Bumpin' City Records, 'MiCasa Records, KULA Records, South Soul Elements Records, Sheeva Records, House4Life Records, Trippin' Records and High-Fidelity Productions. Cornelius Ferguson a.k.a. Traxman And Better know as Corky Strong is from the West Side of Chicago and one of the longest serving producers working in House and Footwork with releases stretching back to the glory days of Ghetto House on Dance Mania records in the nineties. He’s also one of the co-founders of Chicago's two-decades- G.E.T.O DJZ INC clique and a member of DJ Rashad & DJ Spinn's Teklife CREW And the founder of TEKK DJZ
crew and has recorded with power house lables like dance mania' planet mu' Dizzy Tunes' chi wax' litcity trax' booty tune' booty call records Raw wax and also was one of the creators of the legendary mixtapes on coloured cassettes which were the prototype for Juke and Footwork's evolution. His unique brand of Footwork is very strongly rooted in Chicago's history of Soul, Funk, House and Ghetto Trax; he’s a veteran and renowned crate digger who has provided the sample sources for many of House' Juke and Footwork's classic tracks over the years. His deep knowledge of music (check the mixes he occasionally throws up on the net) makes him one of the city’s most versatile and skilled DJs and producers.

Traxman's own productions are an incredibly well rounded suture between hip hop’s natural funk and resourceful sample flipping, the hyper-kinetic innovation of footwork’s stop-start, half-time to double-speed drum programming and a deep respect and understanding of Chicago’s House past, that few producers can match; His mixes are a testament to this man's skills.

In 2004 I started to mix vinyl with the turntables of Akedia, a Freetekno soundsystem from Dresden. In 2008 I met BSE Soundsystem, near Heilbronn at a Raveparty, and later got a member of it . My library of vinyls is Pumpin,Tribe,Mental/core,Acid/Tekno Hardtek and Hardtechno, Dubstep/Grime,
Footwork/Juke, Bassmusik, Ghettotech, House, and Stoner Rock. 
I my self listen to different styles of music, for example  Hip hop,Punk, Trap,Cumbia,Moombaton,Baile funk, Zouk bass, Bossa nova, Jazz,and much more . Currently heavily influenced by afro american music from Chicago, Detroit, and Memphis
