For those of you first discovering his music, Fred Everything is a Juno nominated producer & DJ based in Montreal, Canada. With a career spanning over 25 years, he has over 250 releases on labels such as 20/20 Vision, OM Records, Defected and has remixed artists such as Curtis Mayfield, Jazzanova & Groove Armada. He has performed all over the world playing at clubs such as Fabric (London), Space (Ibiza), and Smart Bar (Chicago), as well as festivals such as Coachella (California, USA) Piknic Électronik/Igloofest (Montreal) and Defected (Croatia). In 2005, he founded his record label, Lazy Days Recordings, releasing music by artists such as Atjazz, Shur-I-Kan and Art of Tones as well as his own work and collaborations. He has also taught master classes for Puremix (NYC), IO Music Academy (LA) and Pyramind (SF).

Ciro De Gais was born in Naples in 1983.Influenced by the underground house scene, in 2006 he decided to take console and mixer, began playing in various private parties and small clubs of Naples as the Raum in 2011 sets to begin producing, in August he released his first ep on Mastiffs Records followed by two others in late August and December 2011 with good feedback.His productions are a mix of house and deep house with sounds and influences of the 90s house scene.

J. Koen (Joaquín Arab Cohen) is a music producer, composer, and instructor with a career spanning a wide range of styles and genres. Recognized for his focus on House music, he has released tracks under various aliases on iconic labels such as Nervous and Nite Grooves, WAREBLUES, SIlver Walker and now his debut release with House Salad Music.

‘Olive Juice’ draws from my early days of DJing in Los 
Angeles. It’s inspired by Bloghaus-adjacent legends like: Oliver, GLOVES, Mylo, Chromeo, Poolside, and the blogs that paved the way for dance music’s evolution at the time.

I was in studio having a casual YOLO Mojito when I started playing around with a Wurli lead. 
I then added some warm synths, too much cowbell, a splash of cuica, and a 303 lead made from analog. The bass was inspired by lords like Alan Braxe & Fred Falke, while the acid lead draws inspiration from the ledge-dogs of Poolside.

The lyrics of the vocal sample speak of wanting to love—and wanting to love with. Whether that love is romantic, familial, topophiliac, or tied to a person, place, or thing is up to you. I have my own personal meaning, and I hope you find yours.

‘Olive Juice’ is my 2nd 
official release and altho I’ve got a long way to go on my production journey, I continue to enjoy every step of the ride. Thank you for listening, your continued support, and for those of you who continue to inspire me and make me move.
