A powerful, shorter dance around the medicine wheel, honouring the directions and gaining wisdom and balance from embodying the elementals, we start briefly with ether, then we progress to some earth trance shaking for release & invigoration before starting with fire in the south, and moving in the direction of the sun in the southern hemisphere journeying east to air; north to earth; west to water; and lastly within and all around back to ether - the mystical plasma that integrates all elements yet cannot be sensed with the senses, yet without it light & sound waves could not travel through space.  This is for all the dancers in lockdown needing a dance of balance, centredness and ultimately, peace and calm. After we asked ourselves this question, we realised that the area of ​​music to which we are most connected is music that combines all these elements.
