But according to scholar Allison Aitken, anger only leads to further harm, no matter how justified it may feel in the moment. Charles Johnson is a novelist, essayist, screenwriter, professor, philosopher, cartoonist, and martial arts teacher—and he’s also a Tricycle contributing editor. How Art Can Liberate Our Perception with Charles Johnson

Peaaegu terve oma täiskasvanuelu on ta käinud päevatööl ja vaid mõned aastad tagasi jõudis ta kohta kus mõistis, et kogu särts ja teotahe oli kuskile kadunud. See oli Liisi jaoks märk, et on aeg muutuseks.

Liisi leidis endas julguse lahkuda töökohalt ning võtta aasta iseendale, mille jooksul sai ta kogeda täielikku teadmatust, mis pani tugevalt proovile tema võime usaldada elu, sest vaid mõned aastad varem oli ta teinud julge otsuse astuda välja 23 aastat kestnud paarisuhtest, mis enam osapooltele ei panustanud ja kõik, mis seni paistis kindel oli läinud korraga muutusesse.

Liisi läbis “Aasta iseendale” programmi Holistika Instituudis ja sealse õppe käigus sai ta lisaks võimsale enesearengu hüppele kaasa ka suurima kingituse - ta tundis ära coachingu kui meetodi, mis sobis tema olemuse ja eluvaatega sada protsenti kokku. See äratundmine viis teda edasi EBS- i, kus aasta 2023 suvel 2023 väljus ta sertifitseeritud juhtimiscoachina. Alates maist 2023 on ta olnud ettevõtja ning usub täielikult, et selline eneseteostuse viis on tema jaoks parim! Oma enesearengu tee jooksul on kogu aeg toonud oma ellu toetavaid praktikaid, nagu näiteks reiki, EFT ja erinevad meditatsioonid.

Isiklikus elus julges Liisi avada oma südame armastusele ning on tänaseks abielus mehega, kes on temast 13 aastat noorem. Liisi elus on olnud veel üks suur armastus: turundus ja müük. Töötades mitmeid aastaid suurkorporatsiooni Eesti müügijuhina, osales ta igal võimalusel ka ettevõtte turundustegevustes ning koolitas ja täiendas end aastate jooksul pidevalt. Selliselt on ta kogunud kogemusi ning teadmisi, mida kasutades pakub Liisi lisaks coachingule ka turundusteenuseid.
