In this pilot episode, I sit down and waffle on about who I am, some stuff about me you may not know, my upbringing and the good, bad and ugly times the last 9 years of me trying to break into the drum and bass scene. 

This episode acts as a taster of what I am trying to make of this thing... real conversations, real understanding, real talk. I want to bring to the forefront, the backstories of our favourite dj's, producers, label owners and some unsung heroes. Between The Beats.. we're still human.

Between the Beats EP.1 - Gifta's Introduction

Trippcore, a drum & bass producer based in Tenerife with several productions signed to independent labels, has been at the forefront of the genre for more than two decades with a lot of Dj Sets, unreleased material and several releases. 
The last eight years were a turning point where, after a long pause, he was searching for a mature and experimental essence that emerges after a thorough exploration.

The last years of pandemic were decisive for him to reinvent himself and start a new journey with live Dj sets on Twitch and new unreleased productions to surprise the dancefloors.

Drawing inspiration from styles like deep house, UK hardcore and even synthwave, Trippcore's remarkable production skills and originality have earned him several mentions on BBC UK Radio 1xtra. And the support of some artists like L-Plus, Crissy Criss, ElHornet (Pendulum)....

He is currently working on an album that promises a relaunch of Trippcore with a renewed sound, avant-garde and with the essence of his first productions with melodic, melancholic elements and with an energy that promises to break the dance floor.
