We welcome Seba Campos back to WAYU with his exquisite collaborative 2-track EP alongside Marco Tegui.   

Entitled "Soy," this EP serves as a poignant reflection of our daily lives. Seba Campos's distinctive style shines through with his trademark down-pitched vocals and mesmerizing downtempo grooves. The tracks encapsulate the essence of introspection and self-discovery, inviting listeners on a journey of sonic exploration.   

With meticulous attention to detail, Seba Campos and Marco Tegui have crafted a harmonious blend of their individual musical perspectives. The EP seamlessly combines elements of deep house, electronica, and organic textures, resulting in a rich tapestry of sound that captivates the listener from start to finish.   

To further enhance the EP's sonic landscape, Seba Campos and Marco Tegui have enlisted the talents of four incredible remixers: AmuAmu, Turu Anasi, Claudio Arditti, and Haptik. These gifted artists have taken the title track, "Soy," and reimagined it, bringing forth new perspectives and sonic dimensions.   

AmuAmu's remix infuses the original with pulsating energy, elevating the track to new heights. With intricate rhythms and ethereal melodies, they create an otherworldly atmosphere that envelops the listener. 

  Turu Anasi's interpretation takes a different approach, introducing deep, dub-infused elements that add a hypnotic groove to the mix. The remix immerses the audience in a sonic tapestry of evolving textures and mesmerizing rhythms.   

Claudio Arditti's remix embraces a more experimental direction, weaving intricate sonic layers and ethereal soundscapes. The result is a captivating journey that explores the depths of sound and invites introspection.   

Haptik's remix showcases his knack for blending genres, seamlessly merging elements of techno and house.   

With the contributions of these talented remixers, "Soy" takes on new dimensions, offering listeners a diverse and captivating musical experience. Each remix brings a fresh perspective, highlighting the versatility and depth of Seba Campos and Marco Tegui's original compositions.

DJs are a nomadic people. Drifting between venues, airports and hotel rooms, they're always on the hunt for new music and clubbing activity. They are, indeed, the Bohemians of the 21st Century. Or as Britta Arnold, unders and Noraj Cue would call them: Happy Campers. 

The sophomore release for their brand new imprint Happy Camper Records comes from Bar25 legend, KaterBlau resident and Berlin mainstay Jake The Rapper. The American-born singer/dj/producer has been in Germany long enough now to understand the art of making an Ohrwurm. 'Time To Waste' is one of those tunes that keeps resonating inside your head long after you've heard it. With its thumping beat, catchy vocals and roaring synthline, it's bound to set any dancefloor ablaze. 

Although many believe 'Time To Waste' is a love song, Jake actually wrote it for his friends: "I was at Kater one morning, getting tired of the cyclicality of raving, thinking I really ought to go home and kiss my wife, take care of my kids, get some sleep, get my life together and get some music done. Some friends wanted me to stay and keep dancing. I was like: 'If I had any time to waste, I'd waste it with you. But I don't so… Bye!'" 

As is custom in the Happy Camper family, a string of befriended producers have given their own interpretations to the original. In dOP's remix, a mesmerizing synth that sounds a lot like a harmonica almost gives it a chanson feel, were it not for its relentless bassline and acid bleeps. Skilfully fucking up the vocals beyond recognition, Iories takes a more slow-burning and epic approach with his Dystopian Sundown mix. And Signal Flow & Pattern Drama aim for that end of the night magic with an epic stomper of a remix. Dancefloor detonation guaranteed.
