Genres are vague concepts and, as much as they seek to be precise about the creative richness they try to encapsulate, there is only so much a word or two can do in order to organise the chaotic nature of organised sonic forces. So is the case with  Highlife, a term that came to be attached to a myriad of realities. A universe of influences, musicalities, attitudes and worldviews wrapped into a vibrant musical format. But, in this case,  one of the most prolific porteño collectives to stir the colourful musical stew we have here in South America and serve wonderful dancing concoctions. Now valorously represented by Sandro, one of its most inventive members in this episode of Gop Cast, we learn that achieving such unique flavours as they do involves keeping temperatures high and ingredientes fresh.
