Salat.By is a Belarusian DJ, producer, and a prominent figure in the modern electronic scene, whose career combines a deep love for vinyl, sound experimentation, and community development.

Originally from Belarus, Igor Salato began his musical journey in 2006. By 2008, he was actively promoting underground culture, organizing raves, parties, and festivals. One of his notable achievements was contributing to the creation of the Mirum Music Festival (2014–2016), which became a legendary event for electronic music enthusiasts.

In 2019, Igor moved to Europe and focused on developing his own music. His tracks are known for their energetic sound, seamlessly blending elements of techno, UK garage, breakbeat, and deep ambient. Each track is a unique soundscape that transports listeners into a new musical reality.

At the beginning of 2023, Salat.By founded the vinyl label Mastak, a natural extension of his passion for analog sound. The label’s debut release, EP “Sauerland", was launched in December 2023 as a 12-inch vinyl. Mastak aims to discover young talents and release their music on vinyl, supporting fresh voices and new ideas in the electronic scene.

His vinyl record store, Mastak, located in Warsaw, is not just a retail space but also a cultural hub, hosting meetups, small concerts, and events that foster the development of the music community.

Salat.By’s DJ sets are celebrated for their unpredictability and keen intuition. He masterfully blends genres, creating an unforgettable atmosphere on the dance floor. His name is synonymous with quality sound, bold experimentation, and a profound dedication to musical art.
