We are an electronic indie rock band from Chicago, Illinois

Formed in 1998, Textbook is the brainchild of Dave Lysien formerly of Chicago punks Not Rebecca. Equal parts 90's alternative and 80's punk with a dash of midwestern roots rock, the band is rounded out by longtime friends Rick Uncapher on bass (Dan Vapid & The Cheats, ex-Woolworthy), Mark Doyle on drums (ex-Loud Lucy, Verbow) and Dan Knapik (ex-Not Rebecca, Venom Lords) on guitar. The band has released 4 full-length records, traveled on 3 tours abroad, and has songs featured on the TV shows "Real World: Sydney" and "Living Lohan".

The Addisons are a Chicago based band that blends driving guitars, dueling vocals, introspective lyrics, post-punk electronics and a punk spirit into their own special brand of alternative rock. The band is made up of four Chicago scene veterans who have done time in the bands Not Rebecca, Textbook, Tom Daily, Smoking Popes, Woolworthy, Dan Vapid and The Cheats, God's Reflex, Noise By Numbers, The Braves, and more. The Addisons take influence from the "college rock" era of the early 90's when bands like The Replacements, Superchunk, The Lemonheads, Archers of Loaf, and Guided By Voices ruled the underground. Since their formation in 2015 the band has released multiple EPs and singles and played shows with bands of various styles such as The Dollyrots, Sideckick Kato, Dan Vapid and The Cheats, The Mons, Airstream Futures and many more.

Michael Matz is an American rock musician from Phoenixville, Pennsylvania.  His current album Out of the Past was released in 2023.

The last two Waiflike performances took place in April 2018 and April 2019 at Chicago's International Pop Overthrow Festival. Waiflike hasn't performed publicly since that time.
