The river sine... started with an image of an emu feather resynthesized with sine waves. Added textures that I associate with ice snow and water and that were related to the emu feather sine wave digital river sound.

With apologies to the beautiful sounds of actual gongs...  No gongs were harmed in the making of this piece, using materials at hand... metal tubes, tops of telegraph poles and other junk percussion , as well as a broken piano accordion, and working pedal harmonium , all editing and mixing done in Metasynth.
