Binaural, is a electronic music project hailing from Mexic who consistently strives to inject energy and dynamic elements into his compositions. His venture into the world of electronic music is fueled by an insatiable curiosity to delve into a wide array of musical styles and expressions. Binaural's tracks often exhibit a vibrant blend of pulsating beats and intricate soundscapes, reflecting his commitment to crafting immersive auditory experiences. His dedication to exploring diverse genres allows him to continually provide a great sonic experience.

In early days, Binaural was established by the brothers Alfredo and Emiliano Baillet Mendez from the vibrant metropolis of Mexico City, nowadays Emiliano is spending all the focus and energy to the growth and success of Binaural, always with the support from his brother and mentor Alfredo, a testament to their shared vision and commitment.

A significant portion of his musical creations are distributed by Central Dogma Records, Jet Alone Music, and Reminescence.

For over two decades, Taffi Louis has treated DJing not as a career path but as a lifelong experiment in how music can reshape a room. MHis first gig—at a Vancouver gay bar- unexpectedly kicked off a six-year weekly residency with complete freedom to roam. Nights would start off with house, Italo and new wave; morphing into a late-night fetish vibe with heavier nu-disco, techno, and electroclash pushing the envelope while mapping out links to what came before.  An audience nostalgic for Giorgio Moroder and synthpop could be just as ravenous for Vitalic or Gesaffelstein when you connect the dots.

That subversive instinct soon spilled into his own events in the mid-2000s. What began as niche queer events evolved into creating inclusive spaces and shifting focus from the presumed audience over to the music defying easy categorization; era-hopping, retro-futuristic, catchy yet strange, the music at Truckerdisco and Roboteria nights created their own niches, despite conventional wisdom that says to identify your audience first,

Turbo Recordings was founded by Tiga in Montreal back in 1998. In addition to launching his own career, the label has been integral in the success of acts like Chromeo, Gesaffelstein, Duke Dumont and most recently, ANNA & Charlotte de Witte. Core talent includes ZZT (Tiga's collaboration with Zombie Nation), Jori Hulkkonen, BETON, Clouds, Harvard Bass, Pilo, Shaded, Dimitri Veimar and a host of new young producers in genres ranging from pure techno, electro, and house to pop. The list of artists who have released music on the label is a veritable 'who's who' of top-level talent spanning a broad musical range, and this, along with a commitment to beautiful design, has earned the label respect in the industry and a cult following among fans. 

“We started out singing into plastic bags and shipping them to stores as quickly as possible. Later, we discovered that vinyl sounds way better when delivered by kayak. I learned so much the first few years…Now, as I look towards the future, I can envision music for poor people, sonic odors for the hearing impaired, even MP3s for women....Vroom, sucka!” says Tiga, the lyrical lampsman lighting the way down Dance Avenue.
