Exploited Club warmly welcome in Pleasure Voyage who step up to the plate and do as they do best: casting out a wide musical net, gathering in influences from Breaks, House, Disco, Balearic and Funk whilst pulling in a hefty dose of fun, flair and ecstasy to boot.

'Cuánto Cuesta' is a simmering pot of pure joy. A bubbling bass line has the track on a low boil throughout while luscious, buoyant synths intimately jostle alongside bold but allaying piano chords. Classic breaks snap in the back while a gently acidic lead flexes in and out of focus and the resultant groove sends out a clear and cosy invitation to get loose.

A regular on Johannes Albert's Frank Music's label and Tensnake's True Romance, Claus Casper chips in with his 'No Tengo Dinero' remix - a fortified revision that packs an extra punch with a layered snare, cow bells and an open hat that seasons the groove with a little bite and snap.

Rolling snare fills punctuate the track as Claus creates ramps for sections that showcase his indisputable chops on the keys. The passion and heat of the orignal remains intact as progress tumbles towards a long, spine-tingling breakdown that pops wide open in a manner that will send the floor absolutely nuts.

Butch’s unmistakable music has always worn the influence of disco proudly on its sleeve. Both his mega-hit No Worries and his first contribution to the Running Back catalogue, Desire, are essentially modern-day disco records. The same goes for his return to the label with Glory Night—perhaps even more so, thanks to its vintage engineering and authentic aural treatment. Equipped with the genre’s signature sounds and arranged like a lost disco edit from the late ’70s, Butch applies the lotions and potions that today’s dancers demand, creating one of those peak-time sensations that make him unique—complete with confetti, a firecracker breakdown on top, and an extra rhythm section bonus tool included. Just Chill and Just Fly continue that narrative. While the first appeals to fans of R&B or funk samples (though no recordings were harmed in the process), it is catchy as hell and creates an inescapable maelstrom. The second, meanwhile, draws on the principles of deep house and exercises itself in contemplation. Be that as it may, here are a couple of tracks that work on almost any floor and at any time. Or, to quote Giorgio Moroder: “Disco is music for dancing, and people will always want to dance.”

Berlin’s J Choirboy debuts on Rekids Special Projects with the ‘Mammoth’ EP, landing 17th October 2025. The title track taps into the sort of big, muscular club tools that defined Rekids label head Radio Slave’s early career, with fizzing chords hanging above booming kicks and a constant tension built to dominate dance floors. ‘Loam’ is just as heavy, this time with bright chords bouncing oﬀ gritty, rolling drums for full-body workouts in the club. ‘Stacco’ sinks into grainy territory with static-charged synths and a swinging kick, perfect for warm-ups or 5 a.m. hypnosis. Closing cut ‘The Miller’ layers liquid chords and perfectly syncopated drums into a vast wall of warm, enveloping Dub.

Rooted in choral traditions but driven by a love for Techno and early rave, J Choirboy channels both musical depth and raw energy into his productions. Now based in Berlin, he has previously released on La Mission, now returning with a strong debut for RSPX via the ‘Mammoth’ EP, which has already won support from the likes of DJ Rolando, Elisa Bee, and Truncate.

Brussels-based duo return to Turbo backed by remixes from Warp legends The Black Dog.
 
Following on a massive year that saw them provide debut releases on new labels Valence and Exit Strategy, feature on Innervisions ‘Secret Weapons’ series, and remix electronic music pioneers The Black Dog and Black Devil Disco Club, it’s no wonder that the UK’s DJ Mag would pick them as ‘Ones To Watch In 2016’.  Fresh off a January release on Get Physical, @GoldFFinch ’s Yoann and Giles turn in the aptly titled ‘Proliferation’ EP.
 
Highlighting the essence of their influences in jacking Chicago house, trippy Detroit techno, with a little bit of Sheffield bleep thrown in for good measure, ‘Proliferation’ is a versatile, understated club weapon, expertly building and releasing tension, raising energy levels without resorting to obvious rises or superfluous production tricks. ‘Shape’ adds the claps-on-kicks jack without losing the hypnotic vibe. ‘For Future Use’ nods to the chosen remixers, with synth lines that recall old-school Warp electronics.

The Black Dog bite back with two remixes,  v.1 harder edged, with more stern techno edges while v.2 rounds things out with a housier sound and an epic, end-of-the-night feeling.

Turbo Recordings was founded by Tiga in Montreal back in 1998. Core talent includes ZZT (Tiga's collaboration with Zombie Nation), Jori Hulkkonen, BETON, Clouds, Harvard Bass, Pilo, Shaded, Dimitri Veimar and a host of new young producers in genres ranging from pure techno, electro, and house to pop. “We started out singing into plastic bags and shipping them to stores as quickly as possible. Later, we discovered that vinyl sounds way better when delivered by kayak. I learned so much the first few years…Now, as I look towards the future, I can envision music for poor people, sonic odors for the hearing impaired, even MP3s for women....Vroom, sucka!” says Tiga, the lyrical lampsman lighting the way down Dance Avenue.
