Deliciously melodic house with an old skool progressive tinge in today's premiere from Zurich powerhouse @washerman. I saw powerhouse as he's produced somewhere in the region of 100 releases since 2000 under various guises on Sonar Kollektiv, Quintessentials, Izu, Deep Down Slam, Nite Grooves and fellow Swiss types @drumpoet Community, who release his lovely new EP 'The Awakening' this month. Powered by a plump acid housey analog bassline, its simple synth patterns create a dramatic atmosphere, with little let up in the intensity throughout. Lush.

Soy PURPURA Dj, nací en la ciudad de Santa Marta. Un lugar de nuestro territorio colombiano donde la Cumbia, la música africana, los sonidos tropicales extraordinarios y orgánicos que nos brinda el mar, la brisa, las palmeras, se mezclan para influenciar la música que allí se respira. Todo esto me ha llevado a ser un aficionado por la música house y los beats africanos . 
Resido en la ciudad de Bogota desde hace 11 años, donde organizó eventos independientes al aire libre. 
Amante de los sonidos profundos y progresivos del house y el techno; basó mi estilo en africanismos con una presencia constante de tambores y percusiones afro mezcladas con el ímpetu del tech house, generando así una atmósfera cargada de una dosis de palmeras, playa, brisa y sol en el frío de la ciudad de Bogota .
