UK crew, Roots Factory, bring you an essential mix of some of their favourite records, unreleased gems, and home-made heavyweight dubplates and specials.

Since 2007, Roots Factory have been making waves on the European circuit, headlining club nights and festivals all over. They have also been busy in the studio releasing two 12" records, as well as a very limited series of dubplates cut especially for sound systems.

Their selection is a mix of old and new, never forgetting the pioneers who helped shape the sound, while making forward-thinking music with a modern feel.

He does´t bring you to the jungle, nor do you pass through the forest. EXZ invents his own planet, combining sounds from all over the world he creates his own flora and fauna. It´s music that invites you to be part of an elevated experience. 

It´s a mixtape that´s different from the characteristic Festival Nómade, but at the same time totally of a traveling and organic sound that has always revived us. This producer plays, creates, and displays, without fear, gypsy atmospheres, and comes with his circus full of extraterrestrial characters from other galaxies, putting aside borders and flags in order to open the doors of this new moon and inviting you to enter.

(1979)

Music has been an essential part of his life since his childhood. It probably has something to do with genetics since his father was also a musician and Krisztian grew up with synthesizers, organs and other instruments around him.
At the age of 17, he started to work with music on a more serious level. At first, he performed in his hometown in local pubs and Sky Music Radio, which is a local cable radio, also played his music.

He moved to Budapest in 2001 where he started a job in a store selling musical instruments. At this very store, he met his future partner and friend, Kalman Nemeth (a.k.a. Father Omichron) who was playing in Radio Tilos back then.

In 2004, he got his degree in sound engineering, which helped him improving his skills. From that point, making music became the most important thing in his life.

Around 2005, they created the formation called Hardtek Production with Father Omichron. They made experimental dance music with a classic techno sound. After a few years of experimenting, they made deeper and clearer sounds.

In 2011, Zoltan Solomon joined this formation as well now performing under the name of ODUM III.
