"The Turtle Project" started out as exactly that, a project, a songwriting project that was born from years of being a musician in many bands, doing countless gigs, naturally gathering experience and inspiration until, one day, I stumbled upon the fact that I could actually put those experiences and many others into words. The composing aspect grew from that into what it is today ...

We all know how hard it is to get our music heard and that's why we developed AtomCollectorRecords.com.

We pay music fans in crypto currency to listen to SoundCloud tracks. It is completely free for musicians to add as many tracks as they want.

To keep your tracks in rotation you listen to other artist's music to earn play credits that you then apply to your own tracks.

Using these two methods we have a steady stream of both musicians and fans listening, commenting and following our members.

Skaarl is an electronic musician, bassist, producer, and DJ. He used to upload his tracks to Soundcloud regularly, but doesn’t any more.

Throughout 2018, a group of 3 electronic music producers (@bufinjer , @daveyhub and @nickyhavey) came together to collaborate on mixes, remixes and brand new tracks. 

As we progressed with our online endeavours and working tirelessly behind the scenes, we wanted to open up the doors to the wider community and so the concept behind the Electronic Music Alliance (EMA) was born.

The principles behind setting up this platform is two-fold:

1 -  Help bring together a global community of talented electronic music producers who are actively engaged on social media, spreading positive vibes in the music community and,

2 - Provide a platform for music producers to grow, not just in terms of reach and getting new fans but also in terms of production and pushing new boundaries with our respective genres.

We believe that a "rising tide lifts all boats" so if we all chip in and help the cause, every one will benefit. Of course, we will have a lot of fun in the process, meet new people and try things out!

A full time, freelance children's book illustrator, introduced to Magix music making software in January 2014.  Haven't been near music production since school about a hundred years ago.  Can't play a note, and sing like a drain unblocking - Hence any music I may eventually have the nerve to upload is all created using midi/vst instruments playing compositions created in the piano roll editor.   The Magix forum dedicated to music production is the only place to suffer my creations so far.  Didn't realise it could be so much fun though.  Woohoo.
