I have carpal tunnel so this hurt like a bitch to record in one take. 
I never got around to recording the full lyrics, and it's too bad the version without traffic noise was lost. 
But thankfully at least this guitar draft was saved.

Regress - Sci-Fi Audio Drama

Based on the  16th century Northumbrian tale "The Twa Sisters", which recounts the sad end of a young woman by the hand of her own sister, over the love of a man careless enough to court the both of them at the same time. 
This is a simple rendition of this song, using only guitar, and the sound of the waves near my home, to evoke the power of the sea for those who listen (there's also my voice, of course). I was trying for a 'lonely' feel, and thought simplicity was the best way to achieve this (for now, anyway!).

This song is a weird little creature. 
Many sleepless hours of dawn-watching and early birds birthed this piece. 
I couldn't tell you how many lines were cut from the original poem to create the precise feeling you find here in this semi-final version.

Steady Flight

One-time jam session recording, re-edited later on. 
It's still not finished, and is missing early birds and running feet on pavement - but 'Dusk Is Wiry' is officially the first song ever recorded by TwentyWings. 
We poured a lot of imagination into it.
