History: Ivan, Ian & Averil (70's);  Reeves Nevo & The Cinch (80's - this was an original LA band - we also got the prom band part in the 1982 movie Fast Times at Ridgemont High);  David & Annie (to date).  Eclectic; Original and Cover Tunes, some Shorts. We did our first collaboration overseas with Amanda and Pete Sanderson and hope to add Youth Is Wasted to many more with them and others.  Lately, also in a weekend casual cover band, for lack of a better name, Dudes are Dads ...

On YouTube, at my Barnesivan8 channel, you can see QUITE primitive homemade videos of these songs; I am about the music as a singer, songwriter, guitarist plus ... still, I am trying to grow my totally raw iMovie video skills as I go. However, that is NOT where I live.  So, if you go there, close your eyes and listen, lol, view at your own risk! 

It has been a real joy to have music return these last years. I co-raised a family in the interim, so this channel started as a place to put my kids' talent shows etc., -- they still remain on the YouTube channel. We have all grown! Just love doin' this stuff and listening; when life and time permit; no particular genre, but happiest if there's guitar or three around. Pretty much most of my clues and inspiration are coming from Soundcloud now, so keep uploading everyone, and thanks. 

100% original music, mixed mainly for headphones.  I only follow back anyone posting their own original tracks, because that's what I'm keen to listen to...

I am using GB10 and an unused bedroom stuffed with guitars and speakers. Based in Auckland city in New Zealand :)

Playing the piano, i am nowadays composing pieces for stringquartet, woodwinds, orchestra, but mostly jazz, loungemusic, etc.
Usually my compositions are realized with CUBASE and several virtual instruments.
