しのりゅー氏主催の Pi X Chip (ぴくちっぷ)コンピレーションに参加し制作した曲です。
送られたピクセルアートを元にチップチューンを作るというコンセプトで、正反対に映る二人の人の絵から二面性に発想を飛ばし、覆い隠された内面の2つの自分に葛藤をするものの、やがてはその運命を享受する様子を曲にしました。

this song was produced as part of the Pi X Chip compilation organized by Shinoriyu（しのりゅー）
the concept was to create a chiptune based on pixel art that was sent to me. so i was inspired by the duality of the two brothers, who appear to be opposites, and wrote a song about how they struggle with their two masked inner selves, but eventually embrace their destinies.

This is the soundtrack I made for a little game made by a friend! The game is just a simple demo with only one stage, but I tried to give my best on each track! It was my first time doing something like this, as it was the first time my friend made a game project to the end. It was a good learning experience for everyone involved!

I made all the songs with OpenMPT about a year ago.

I've been slowly choosing which songs from Elancia I'm going to touch up for the re-release of Symphony of Shifting Tides. Forest Factory wasn't originally one of them, but I popped open the project file and started jamming anyway, and liked what came out. I cut out a lot of the overall 'busy' nature of the song (something I'm trying to do on all the new tracks.) I think it sounds a lot cleaner now. Don't worry, if you like the old one more, they'll both be on the album. Enjoy!
