That’s the idea behind Double Entendre — an album written between hotel walls, rehearsal rooms, and long stretches of highway where silence hits louder than the bass. It’s the story of a 21-year-old musician trying to hold it together while chasing a dream that’s slowly chasing him back.

Every word has two meanings. Every note hides two feelings. The smile on stage and the panic off it. The applause that feels like thunder, and the quiet that feels like drowning. Double Entendre isn’t just an album — it’s a translation of that double life into music.

This record started on a cracked phone screen at 3 a.m. — voice memos, scribbled lyrics, half-finished thoughts recorded over static. Over the course of ten songs, it follows a young artist’s journey through insomnia, fame, fatigue, and faint hope. It’s the sound of a dreamer trying to stay awake in his own story.

There’s no pretense here. No filters. Just the duality of modern life as an artist — half online, half alive. Each song plays like a page from a private diary written in lowercase and mixed through distortion.

The Unforgettable Fire

Wide Awake in Europe is a live extended play (EP). The release was created by the organizers of Record Store Day. A limited number of EPs were produced (only 5000), and were released on Black Friday in 2010. The EP features three live tracks on a 12-inch vinyl record, taken from three different concerts during the U2 360° Tour in 2009 and 2010. Among the three tracks is "MERCY", a song that debuted on tour and was previously UNRELEASED.

In the midst of recording their number 1 smash single, the lead singer of Yes experiences a bizarre episode that abruptly stops the session, asking "Hang on!  Maybe there's another way to do this...?"

The ensuing fever dream features bizarre flashbacks of Bill Blass outfits, lizards, mirrorballs, angry iron workers, platform heels, and a beat up dude jumping off a building, only to fly away as a Soul Train dancing machine.
