One fine morning atop Vagator cliff at the gorgeous Salud, Goa for Ankytrixx & Friends. We were called in for a surprise set & little did we know this would turn out to be one of the most memorable mornings in Goa last season. It was pouring cats & dogs, the sun shone faintly during intervals but the crowd was vibin' in numbers. It was a complete mad house. 

By popular demand, we decided to put this set out finally. It's not everyday you get to experiment with a plethora of sounds across genres & have the audience go at it.

The inspiration for this mix came from someone describing one of my raves as "dark melodic." I normally shy away from going too melodic, but it got me thinking. In my city (New York), psytech is not very popular, but melodic techno draws huge crowds. It occurred to me that fans of melodic techno would get their minds blown when they are introduced to psytech. So, this mix is my attempt to sway fans of melodic techno into the world of psytech!

Jitter, better known as Jayant Luthra returns with his third EP release on the label and doesn't fail to surprise us, yet again! 'Structures' clearly defines Jayant's unique taste in dance music and displays immaculate production skills with two original tracks. 'Mystic' as the name suggests has a deep and daunting melodic progression along with a solid, driving groove. The subtle effects and tonal elements sprinkled all over the track create a further hypnotic rhythm that continues to wind itself around spacey atmospherics and textures. 'Bionic' moves into a more hard hitting bottom end with surreal melodics that transport us to ethereal spaces, always keeping the dance floor in mind. Hope you enjoy this release as much as we do.

I had the honour of returning to Summer Camp for the 4th time, and 2nd time playing. This is one gathering that remains so close to my heart and plays a massive role in my personal healing journey.
