I'm just a small-town Canadian boy who loves music.

I started listening to electronic back in 2000 after my brother lent me some CDs for the summer from Sasha & Digweed, Moby, and Orbital. I got into the dance scene shortly after and found a strong connection to trance with DJs like Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, and Ferry Corsten, while making some incredible friendships along the way. 

My first attempts at any kind of mixing were late-night vinyl sessions with my roommate listening to some classic trance and house and eventually putting together a simple set-up on my Mac to make some mixes for my commute. I’ve always liked the idea of being able to create a sort of soundtrack to my day-to-day and admire my friends who’ve made a career out of it as they bring such a positive impact to the lives of so many. 

I’ve spent the better part of my adult life abroad - first in China and now in Italy - and music has always been something that keeps me grounded and focused.

House music collective, spreading the good word of HOUSE from London to New York,  Hoboken to  Nashville, then full circle back to Kent UK.

U/ME is a US based Deep, Organic, Melodic, and Progressive House Dj with over 30 years in the music industry. A storyteller behind the decks, U/ME  builds a relationship with his audience by crafting each unique set with love and devotion for this amazing music.

Love is the answer, music is the medicine.

I am a producer, former dj, ex-raver, and a fan of electronic music of all kinds for over two decades.  While heavily focused on dub techno, my music is a fusion of electronic sounds from house to techno and beyond.  I began producing music seriously in 2015, with artist influences  that include Deepchord, Rhythm & Sound, Yagya, and Basic Channel.  I have an extensive catalog of genre-crossing singles, with compilation releases  on Slope Point and Insectorama, as well as Reflected Passage of Flux, my debut full length album on Insectorama, with support from numerous djs and podcasts.

I love music with vibe, groove, and a sense of space, and that's what I try to replicate with everything I write.  I focus on expansive delays and reverbs, along with layers of sound to create a 3D world, so it's best heard on a good set of headphones.
