Today, we proudly unveil the continuation of our "Make Dream House Great Again" movement with our second Volume. Nestled close to Italo Disco, Dream House emerged as a sub-genre within House and Trance music in the latter half of the 90s in Europe, championed by labels like Dance Floor Corporation (DFC) and ZYX Records.

We've collaborated with emerging talents from across the globe to curate a diverse array of sub-sub-genres. Lone Saxon captures the authentic essence of 90's Dream House with this intricate jam, Alex Aguayo presents a breezy club anthem perfect for a "closing your eyes on the dancefloor session".

The young MLF debuts with a high-energy house track featuring plenty of M1 stabs, COHN offers a deeper twist, Yotam brings a breaky junglistic take, Romain FX delivers classic dreamy piano riffs and a touch of gated vocals reminiscent of the rave era, My Boy Roy from Mexico contributes lush, long-flying chords and a deep groove, and last but not least, the Japanese duo Kross Section concludes the compilation with an analog-tape-sounding, break-infused gem.

"It's been a while Suze - you're looking more beautiful than ever" we utter, audibly nervously as the door slams open off it's hinges, nothing but blinding white light and the sonic textures of her most recent offering gradually crescendoing and filling up the room. "JEANS" she booms,  shattering the glass from our hands. "errm, are they new?" we stutter - the music now growing inhumanly loud. The light is vacuumed back through the door, the room is now silent and dully lit - a strange square shaped package is left in the middle of the room. We tear it open - "Ah, it's Jeans' new EP out on Whos Susan".

After all that drama, we put the record on and chose which track to share with you. This was X-Coast's beastly remix, which is about as gagging for 'tha cloob' as your 18 year old self, wearing your older brothers black winkle pickers draped with blue raw denim, foying of a Paco Rabanne gift set. Starting as a label that served basically as a platform for their friends’ music in 2010, Uncanny Valley evolved into a record label that assembles acclaimed artists from the electronic music scene not only from the label’s base in Dresden but also from Germany and beyond. With a strong emphasis on the records’ artwork the label heads Philipp Demankowski, Conrad Kaden and Carl-Johannes Schulze are constantly on a mission to establish and refine the artists from the roster as well as to search for new talents. Artists as Jacob Korn, Cuthead, Credit 00, Massimiliano Pagliara, CVBox or Panthera Krause all feel at home on the label, giving them the chance to develop projects that are not only music related but can also integrate different art forms. With the two offshoots Rat Life and shtum under its belt, Uncanny Valley does not stand still to explore the full spectrum of electronic and not so electronic music from House via Disco, Hip-Hop or Ambient through to Techno.
