Our friend AckerMan from Israel delivers a 3 track ep that is great for every kind of dancefloor and moment.

First up is his collab with KUSHITZ. Why Is That is a smooth guitar bass driven track with guitars and catchy synth stabs. Perfect for setting the mood of the night.

Second is Dalkan Sonol, the one that names the ep. 
This is a club ready indie dance track by AckerMan, KUSHITZ & Rakovsky. 
Get ready for a strong synth bass, that will be stuck in your head, heavy snares, bells, and elements that develop throughout the track.

Dimensions is third, a killer acid club track. Just play this one out loud.

Brazilian genius ROTCIV delivers a remix for Dalkan Sonol. He changes the mood by adding some electro and breakbeat vibes into his fantastic interpretation of Dalkan Sonol.

Mental Cube - Q (Rich Lane Cotton Dub)

@Meant Records welcome accomplished Parisian producer @Tim-Paris for an EP that features two standout originals and two brilliant remixes from Cosmo Vitelli and SONNS.

Over a glittering career, Paris has of course collaborated with Ivan Smagghe, run his own Marketing Music label and turned out a diverse album, ‘Dancers’, for My Favorite Robot. From jacking electro to rugged new wave via freaky house, he has a fully formed palette that is distinguishable by his raw sense of groove and texture.

‘Version B’, features Sex Judas and has a metallic and melodic bassline that runs round the scales in off kilter fashion. Sci-fi pads and bright stabs all add colour to this dystopian disco track as it bumps along and sweeps you up.

Remixer @SONNS has a seriously accomplished discography on labels like Kompakt and ESP Institute. He flips the track into a loose, flabby chugger with tons of reverb on the guitar lines and spooky synths that wither and wilt. It’s tough disco of the sort that Andrew Weatherall and Ivan Smagghe will love.

AEON label founder Alex Niggemann closes the year in style with the remarkable ​Electric Mariachi​. Unique remixes are delivered from cosmic disco inspired Rigopolar and Spanish talent Pional.
Electric Mariachi opens with vocoded robotic words, a heavy snare combines with electro zap before Alex introduces horn, adding a human element into an intergalactic journey bursting with energy and emotion. ​Pional is first up on remix duty with an acid interpretation, a loopy, hypnotic bassline wraps around the original melody and showcases his deeply compulsive electronics that can be found on the likes of Young Turks, Phonica Records and Permanent Vacation. Mexican-born, L.A. based, ​Rigopolar ​then turns his hand to two remixes. The stripped down remix is a colourful synth-wave piece where arpeggiating tones move like liquid over reverbed percussion. His second sees him up the ante, in a space influenced extended version that ebbs and flows throughout with his psychedelic glowing keys.
The word visionary is often overused in electronic music, but it’s the perfect description for Alex Niggemann. His ethos is to embrace the new and push the boundaries of the genre he loves so much. Since breaking through in 2006 with his remix of Booka Shade’s ​Darko,​ ​Alex Niggemann ​has continuously impressed with a slew of hits on seminal labels including Crosstown Rebels and Mule Musiq, as well as his own AEON imprint.
