Italian producer Powl makes a strong statement on Techords with his new single ‘Move Like That’, released on 25th September. A stripped-back yet heavy-hitting cut, it thrives on underground energy, driven by relentless bass and haunting vocal chops that give it both grit and atmosphere.

From the first beat, the track locks listeners into its hypnotic rhythm. A weighty low end anchors the production, pushing the sound system hard, while crisp percussion and subtle melodic touches add shape to the groove. The vocal samples are twisted and ghostly, threading through the mix like echoes from another room. We are excited to premiere ‘Paris’, the latest release from Copenhagen and Stockholm-based duo goldgoldgold. Out 26 September on their own label Contemplating Others, the track is a poetic yet tightly wound club cut that balances mechanical drive with a deep emotional pull.

Built around a cold, steady beat, ‘Paris’ is defined by the duo’s distinctive approach to sampling and texture. Rough fragments of pop vocals are chopped, reshaped, and woven into a soundscape that is both haunting and hypnotic. The beat feels stark and functional, while the melodic layers bring melancholy and atmosphere, creating a tension that works on both the dancefloor and in more introspective listening.

goldgoldgold is the project of Danish brothers William and August Hoffmann, whose creative bond has been evolving since their teenage years. Together, they channel their shared vision into music that they describe as “aesthetic dance music,” a phrase that captures their desire to create tracks that are both functional and deeply expressive. ‘Paris’ feels like a culmination of that mission, a track that thrives on contrast and duality.

As co-founders of Contemplating Others, William and August have already built a strong foundation for their sound. Previous singles like ‘Candice’ and ‘Never Change’ picked up international press attention, with the latter also landing on Spotify’s New Music Friday Denmark. Their curation work has been equally ambitious, with mixtape projects and releases from artists including Them, Emil F, Emma Lincoln, Lioa, and more, attracting interest from platforms such as YEAR0001 and Hidden NY.

French producer Saint Esprit steps up for a stunning reinterpretation of Aubēn’s original ‘Palabre’, released through Calzone Records on October 10, 2025. The remix transforms the track from a gentle dialogue between guitar and synths into a full-blown Psytech voyage, hypnotic and expansive in both sound and spirit.

Where the original played like an intimate conversation, Saint Esprit’s version opens that exchange into the cosmos. The remix glides through layers of deep, driving rhythm and ethereal atmosphere, fusing organic tones with pulsating techno power. The groove builds slowly, evolving through intricate percussion, evolving bass patterns and swirling melodic phrases that pull the listener into a trance-like state.
