The challenge for this track was set a poem to music. I searched for public domain poems and ended with Epithalamium by Hattie Howard (1860-1920), because I like the title and rhymes and the pronounciation of the Google Wavenet text-to-speach (TTS) system.

It uses:
Vitalium*4, Fabla*3 (w/ samples from the AirWindows drumkits), Google WaveNet TTS via GeSpeaker-git, Geonkick*1 and some riser samples from freesound.org:

TTS Nerd - Epithalamium

This is my first project created with Zrythm,  a new FOSS DAW for Linux.

Made with Ardour, Geonkick, Odin2, Audacity - only open source software. For drums, I recorded my voice and edited it.

The song is mostly in 3.5/4.

This track is licensed under CC-BY-NC 3.0, however I allow it to be sold on Bandcamp.com as a part of "Best of LMMS vol. 2" competition album to support LMMS developement, community and web services.

This track was initially released as a WIP on Soundcloud, then re-released as a part of a double album "Drum & Bass Payload". I've got a lot of positive feedback about it and many people said it's catchy so I decided to put it up to the competition. Plus I really like this child of mine. I especially enjoy the broken beats.
The name of the track comes from the fact that all melodic instruments (that is: excluding drums) are build upon sawtooth oscilators. The artwork is a graphical pun: a heart made from saw waves offset in phase.
