AMBIENT ETC NYE

Over The Moon presents BLUETECH with his "26 Bones" titled mix in this episode. Bluetech is a classically trained musician who has been releasing electronic music since 2003 and has over 30 releases to his name. He has toured internationally, shared stages with some of the biggest names in electronic music, scored video games, won awards for his short film scores, and continues to invest in and build community around electronic music. After his two self-released albums charted on Billboard in 2019 (at #10 and #5), he decided to expand his label to include other artists, and since then, Behind The Sky has become a well-respected purveyor of analog and modular synth music.  The concept behind this mix was to explore downtempo, deep house, and balearic mutant house vibes. In my sets, I aim to keep it dreamy yet still danceable, not afraid to get a little sultry and steamy as the story evolves. The mix evolves from bright and cheery to deep and tribal over 26 tracks. In a human foot, there are 26 bones, the structural support of a proper wiggle.

Внутри характерный для Николая воздушный селекшн с россыпью граней атмосферного баса на 170 bpm. От такого саунда душа поёт (даже если с вокалом не очень!)), а тело левитирует.

Дима Kohab – битмейкер, саунд-продюсер и эмси из Беларуси. Начал творческий путь в начале 00-х, вдохновляясь культурой граффити и музыкой Wu-Tang Clan, Onyx и Cypress Hill.

В музыке Kohab глубокие ambient-текстуры, классический boom-bap и медитативный downtempo сочетаются с этническими инструментами и атмосферной психоделической лирикой. Отдаёт предпочтение аналоговому звучанию AKAI MPC200XL и Rolland SP-404-SX. На счету музыканта более десятка коллабораций с такими артистами с постсоветского пространства как ГДЕ-ТО ТАМ, Nikolai Ai, Electrofood CH, tea pilgrim, Swingydizz, Xibil. Выступал вместе с Electrofood CH, Symatic (UK), NMCP, Metaphysics, Murovei, Коля Маню, Odnono. На нашей последней компиляции представлен красивейший коллаб Kohab с битмейкером Librim (Швеция).

На кэмпе Kohab выступит с шоукейсом на Rolland SP-404-SX и живым исполнением своей музыки вечером в субботу, 14 июня, в пространстве Spaceship.

В специальном микстейпе для Dub Raw Дима собрал работы из разных периодов творчества, демонстрируя грани своего видения бас музыки.
