Ones that pay homage not just to the likes of early 90’s epochal house, but to hip hop as well. Victor Ernuteanu has molded his Guy From Downstairs guise around this undeniable enthusiasm for sound. An imaginative freedom that allows him to express himself through intricate rhythms and layers. As the decade draws to a close, he is truly coming into his artistic prime. The road behind him paved with signings from eminent underground labels like Germany’s Pleasure Zone, Welsh imprint @CurteaVeche, @Therehtoside, and our own label Unic.
