Having spent the majority of recent years in London, Loopdeville has been on a constant grind to craft cutting-edge minimalist grooves that move the masses. Co-founding his passion project Delooped Records with partner G.Panchev, the pair had a successful string of releases on the imprint from 2013, featuring music from Sublee, Anton Pau, Alexandar Kyosev, and Loopdeville himself amongst others. 
Returning to the airwaves after some time off the grid, he continues to expertly craft his sets with precision and poise. Taking us into the deep in true Loopdeville style.

The announcement of this release was planned for late February. But, sadly, this February will be remembered for some other reasons. The full-scale war with Russia affected every single person in Ukraine and the Hypnohouse label, which is based in my hometown Lviv and also Kyiv, couldn’t be an exception. DJ 69, the founder of the label, almost immediately after 24.02 started to volunteer like crazy with his Kyiv Angels crew (by the way, one of the best directions to donate money if you want to help). Still, it was said, that they will return to HPNHS004 when they have a minute. I guess, they managed to spare a few secs so we could finally hear this gorgeous compilation, the first one after their inaugural release. We’re pleased to announce the launch of The Crosstown Mix Show, a new bi-weekly mix series from Crosstown Rebels and Rebellion. Each episode will feature a different member of the label roster taking us on a mind bending journey of upfront, fresh, exclusive music.

The first instalment comes from Damian Lazarus, who explained more about the series:

'Since the beginning of the lockdown, with the inability for DJs to be heard in clubs, we thought that now was a good time to remind people about the quality of the artists we work with at the label. These mixes are a reminder that the art of DJing is still alive and kicking, even while the dancefloors lie dormant.'

The Crosstown Mix Show 001 sets the standard, with the focus on unreleased forward thinking tracks. Deep and twisted electronic music, to be enjoyed both in your head and in your home, a perfect selection also for a dance.
