Greek producer Alej Ch @alexandros-antwnopoulos , known for his ability to blend Organic, Deep, and Progressive House sounds, presents his new EP titled "Akra / Apex / Pulsar" on Univack. On this release, Alej Ch showcases his most Progressive side, delivering three original tracks marked by frenetic grooves and a multitude of elements that inject energy and euphoria straight into the dancefloor. The track Pulsar is produced in collaboration with Argentine producer Nathan Katz @nathankatz 

The EP closes with a remix by Ilias Katelanos @iliaskatelanos & Plecta @plecta86 , who return to Univack to add an emotional new layer to Pulsar, while preserving the essence of the original version.

Premiere: Quivver & Dave Seaman - Operation Magpie

Comet Premieres proudly presents the remix of Rabiee Ahmad's original track “Dream” by Black Kalz & JU:ST. SINCITY consistently impresses their audience with their latest releases. For their third EP, they feature Rabiee Ahmad, an established producer from their homeland, who contributes an original track titled 'Dream'. Rabiee demonstrates his expertise in creating ethereal progressive music with his use of pads and vocals. The EP also includes remixes from Lavie Au Soleil and Black Kalz & JU:ST from London and Sri Lanka, adding an organic house flavor to the track. Additionally, the EP features a remix by Maxi Solo from Argentina, whose debut production showcases his potential for achieving great success in the future.

Rabiee Ahmad is a versatile Pakistani musician who has left his mark in both the realms of Rock and Metal as well as Electronic music production. His journey commenced in 2010, embarking on a musical odyssey that has resonated with fans across genres. As a dynamic artist, Rabiee Ahmad first gained recognition as a Rock and Metal vocalist, rhythm guitarist, songwriter, and producer. His powerful vocals and heavy guitar riffs became his signature, captivating the hearts of music enthusiasts worldwide. In a pivotal turn of his career, Rabiee chose to embrace electronic music production, thereby expanding his creative horizons. With an innate ability to blend various genres seamlessly, he ventured into the realm of electronic music, forging a unique sonic path that resonates with a diverse audience. In a concurrent endeavor, Rabiee is the Founder of Comet Records where he produces, promotes and plays EDM music. Under the banner of “Knaves of Elysium,” Rabiee embarked on a new chapter.

After a brief hiatus, Dawn till Dusk returns for more 24-hour dance floor adventures. Mark Caramelli & Paul Hargreaves have been causing quite a stir under the banner of Death on the Balcony.

From disco to house to deep techno, they create magic from any frequency. Here, the accent is on organic grooves, with the two-track 'Habitual Ways' EP, which is destined for deeper dancefloors. 

A percussive, velvet flow anchors the sound of 'Thinking of You (By My Side).' It’s an assured groove that feels comfortingly familiar. The bass leads the proceedings with a confidence that will urge anyone within earshot to join the dance. However, it’s the shimmering piano line that truly hooks you in, tempering the intensity before eventually introducing a longing vocal that sways in the air like a pleasant distant memory.

Eichenbaum, the Argentinean producer known for his melodic prowess, has been steadily building a catalogue of tracks that ooze style. Following on from his standout 2023 EP on Balance Music, Eichenbaum drops another gem that’s already turning heads: a progressive anthem backed by remixes from some of the scene’s most promising rising talent.

Sweden’s EMPHI flips the script with a remix that’s dripping in groove. The tempo feels seductive, anchored by a bassline that swings like it’s got something to prove. Add in a kick drum big enough to swallow the dance floor, and you’ve got a certified weapon. EMPHI’s treatment of the original melody is subtle yet impactful, funneling it through delicate synths that float above the mix. The vintage-inspired breakdown resets the mood, only to explode into action for a second round of groove.

Release Info: 
Sabo's record label, Sol Selectas, sets sail on its tenth annual Summer Sol compilation, which collects together tracks from around the world. Focusing on organic house, it also features genres such as Afro house, deep house, downtempo, and deep tech.

It features 25 tracks that have roots in 17 different countries, and includes contributions from label favourites such as Sabo, Yamil, Mula, Giovanni Aparicio, Guy Maayan, Adwas, and DJ Phellix. There are also many Sol Selectas debuts, including the first ever official releases by the likes of Rameff, Matur, DBRA, and Basement Radio.

The compilation celebrates the day of the summer solstice, which is the year's longest day of sunlight. Embracing cultural diversity, it features tracks by artists with roots in Egypt, Iran, Tunisia, Greece, Armenia, Russia, Ukraine, USA, Mexico, Spain, Italy, Poland, Indonesia, France, Germany, Israel, and Argentina.

Summer Sol's concept reminds us that under the sun's rays we are all equal, regardless of skin colour, gender, political allegiances or sexuality. This release is a celebration of how music brings people together, and that diversity is something to embrace with open arms.

Each of the tracks on this compilation have been hand selected by Sabo with the intention to uplift the body, open the mind, and touch the soul.

In addition to working with Sol Selectas, many of the artists on this release have also featured on other respected record labels such as MoBlack Records, Monaberry, Pipe & Pochet, Anjunadeep, Hoomidaas, Abracadabra Music, Cosmic Awakenings, 3000 Grad Records, Akbal Music, and many others of equal note.

All the previous Summer Sol releases have been top sellers on Beatport, and this landmark tenth edition is expected to be no different.

The artwork by Helia Jamali captures a desert oasis shimmering with warmth and wonder. A perfect invitation to dive into the waters of positive frequencies.
