The brazilian artist Felipe Novaes @felipenovaesmusic (Clubsonica, ICONYC) presents 'Unchained', his first appear on Univack. The EP contains 3 original mixes and 2 remix by the argentinian duo Analog Jungs @analog-jungs , and the label boss Integral Bread @integralbread

Felipe Novaes has a particular style. His pieces are difficult to put in a unique genre. Between Melodic Techno and Progressive House, with minimalistic beats, hypnotic arpeggios, strong synths and complex sequences.  No doubt here we have an important artist from the new brazilian electronic school. 

The argentinians Analog Jungs (Mango Alley, MNL, Or Two Strangers) have made a more progressive version of the 'Unchained' by Felipe Novaes. With this Claudio Cornejo and Gustavo Ruarte  show why they are one of the most relevant artists in the current  progressive House scene.

Univack boss Integral Bread returns to the label some months after his successful EP 'Collage', this time to make a bit more progressive version of the 'Stardust' original by Felipe Novaes.

Transensations Records opens the month of November welcoming RUBEN KARAPETYAN back to the label with the single THE TRUTH , alongside top notch remixes from FELIPE NOVAES, ORNERY , MATT OLIVER & MIND ECHOES. Born in Armenia but now calling Los Angeles home, Ruben Karapetyan quickly emerged as a hyped talent in the trend-driven state of progressive house becoming one of the main genre actual artists. Title theme is anchored by a warm and rippling groove, emerging melodies with a denser and more rhythmic ambience creates a hypnotic atmosphere bound to conquer the dance floor audience. The first remix comes from the Brazilian talented producer Felipe Novaes with releases on D NOX Sprout label and Univack, Felipe returns to Transensations with a stunning remix, presenting a perfect balance of warmth and fluid rhythms, obscure melodies groove and atmospheric textures. Next remix comes from the Germany based artist Ornery, which drifts closer to melodic techno territory with growling synths and dark, chugging grooves . Mathame refine their singular sound on ‘Skywalking’ and a collaboration with Tale Of Us, ‘Departure’.
Following 2018’s ‘Nothing Around Us’ single, Mathame show no sign of slowing down. Their Afterlife Recordings follow up is a dancefloor single of epic proportions, taking the duo further into a realm of their own. Tension hangs off the sliding chords and spacious arrangements. In the case of ‘Skywalking’ it reaches an uplifting, euphoric crescendo, in Tale Of Us’ intro edit of ‘Departure’ the theme goes darker and off-kilter. Ziger’s Eat My Hat imprint returns welcoming Kenan Savrun to the label for his debut single. Hailing from Ankara, the Turkish artist has a long history as a DJ dating back to 2003, having shared the booth with Alex Niggemann, Eli & Fur, Andy Bros, Victor Ruiz and Oliver Huntemann. Upon releasing his first productions in September of last year, Kenan has since gone to showcase his music on 3rd Avenue, Soundteller Records, Stripped Digital and Stellar Fountain’s Astrowave. Now embarking on the most anticipated release of his career, Kenan makes his Eat My Hat debut with ‘Shivaya’ alongside remixes from Ziger & Simos Tagias.

Having already developed a uniquely mystical sound, Kenan has been hotly tipped as one of the progressive scene’s brightest new talents. That sentiment will surely grow with  ‘Shivaya’ delivering on a profound level. Built on a backbone of tough beats and a full, perfectly carved groove, the peak time sensibility is high from the outset. Tranquil yet energetic, it’s pulsating arps and percussive flurries add dynamic splashes as momentum builds. The narrative shifts during the break with a cross cultural vocal taking centrestage, bringing moments of soul and emotion, before a timely drop transfers energy into an exhilarating finale. 

The first interpretation of ‘Shivaya’ is provided by Eat My Hat label boss Ziger. The Greek artist has had a tremendous summer season led by his ‘Faded Realm’ single which enjoyed a month long stay a top Beatport’s Progressive House Hype tracks chart. Add to that a Beatport Top 5 for his remix of Nosh & SJ’s ‘17:17’ also coming courtesy of Eat My Hat. Also laying claim to 2019 releases on Hernan Cattaneo’s Sudbeat Music and Eleatics Records, Ziger now lands back on his comfortable home of Eat My Hat with a superb rendition of ‘Shivaya’. Taking a cue from the original, the energy proves to be just as palpable here. A reworked groove ripples with powerful momentum as vocal fragments and dark stabs steal the air. Stripping down into the main break, wispy atmospherics add further intrigue before broken beats and a robust roll ignite a massive third act. 

The release concludes with Simos Tagias making his label debut and providing the second and final interpretation of ‘Shivaya’. The Greek artist has been one of his country’s brightest stars in progressive house with a discography that features releases on Hernan Cattaneo’s Sudbeat Music, Movement Recordings, Proton Music and Sound Avenue. Now fresh off an EP for D-Formation’s Beatfreak Recordings, Simos debuts on Eat My Hat with a superb interpretation of ‘Shivaya’. Opting for a tough, more techno inspired approach the Athens resident focuses on electric rhythms and pulsating designs, for a perfectly dialled peak time affair. The main break showcases a cascading motif, although indistinct it's emotive appeal is strong, building in waves before the final act unleashes the full vocal for an epic finale. A massive remix from Simos which caps off another incredible release for Ziger’s Eat My Hat Music. Highly recommended.

With dark mystical vibes  and a very catchy hook, ‘Laziness’ shines on the dance floor due to its perfect combination of Progressive melodies and tribal grooves, a combo that has been the trademark success of many of Space Motion hit tracks,  and now with the addition of NekliFF’s extra melodic touch.  

After playing the original mix live for one year straight, it was only obvious that Morttagua himself would bring the one and only Remix of ‘Laziness’. Morttagua brings ‘laziness’ to his trademark game, adding hypnotic bass lines and diamond crispy synths while keeping the main melodic hook of the original intact.  Extra atmospheres and a highly engineered mix down make this Remix leave up to the hype of its original brother.  

A perfect EP that will work amazingly for the Melodic & Afro House crowds in its original version while satisfying the Progressive Techno lovers in its Remix with an ace package that you simply can’t go wrong with it.

From the broad banks of the Mukhavets River, beautiful sonic timbres create a rich sonic hue that glitters in sparkling sunlit patterns. A smooth bassline cadence fills the musical canvas as wonderful shards reveal themselves in sultry percussive rhythms and an exalted air of triumph oozes from every bar.

Dutch mastery from Kasper Koman reveals a new path within the familiar patterns of the "Orchard". A perfectly weighted backdrop provides the foundation for new melodies to emerge from the rhythmic bed. A spine-tingling bass progression reveals a crisp and crunchy new flavour. The golden age of the underground lost and found within an industry icon. Kharkhiv and Karlsruhe joined together by a single thread finds musical cross-pollination via Tantum and Arude. Grown out of storming bassline groove, smooth melodies blossom as delayed arpeggios echo through the trees.

A returning legend, Rauschhaus once again showcases a powerful performance with gentle touch and skill. Fresh melodies emerge from the branches of the "Orchard" to create a delicious aural flavour that shimmers with glissando freedom, while detailed layers expose perfectly formed harmonic phrases that create a sumptuous dancefloor accent.

We've finally said goodbye to the year 2020 and are finally ready to kick off the new year 2021 with our release 031.

We're happy to have another artist making his debut with our label which will always be the home for any kind of underground melodic Progressive.
In fact, this is what to expect from Inger's single called Natural Selection: a deep dark groovy track that will give the proper energy to your set. And that's not all as you will be surprised by the way the main breakdown evolves. Atmospheric vocals, euphoric tranzy pads will lift your mood up.

We thought this tune deserved a few other interpretation that could bring out both the main melodic part and its dark groove.
Thus, we've got two outstanding remixes lined up for you which will turn things to another level of darkness.

Morttagua needs no further presentation as he's still leading the Brazilian progressive scene thanks to a plethora of stunning productions done both on his label Timeless Moment and on other top-labels.
Expect a club banger, we cannot really describe it differently than that: it is for sure a belter of a track and we're delighted to see Morttagua back again with another monster remix.
