US-based producer Solis [US] @solis returns to Univack with an EP featuring three original tracks and two remixes by Kostya Outta @kostyaoutta and Redspace @redspacesound , titled "Darshan / Lumina / Nebula". With a focus on Progressive House, this release stands out for its melodic sophistication and emotional depth—hallmarks of all the artists involved.

In “Darshan” and “Lumina”, Solis reveals his unmistakable and personal style, marked by melodic elements that merge into a progressive, epic, energetic, and timeless harmony.

Kostya Outta  delivers a reinterpretation of “Darshan” with more drive and dynamism. His version incorporates expansive elements and a more assertive energy, preserving the melodic soul of the original but pushing it toward a more club-oriented approach—perfect for peak-time moments.

Redspace’s remix of “Lumina” transforms the track into a darker, more hypnotic landscape. With a pulsating groove, psychedelic effects, and subtle layers of emotional tension, this version fits seamlessly into deeper moments on the dancefloor.

Finally, “Nebula” closes the EP with an entirely different atmosphere: an ambient journey—spatial, ethereal. With floating textures, expanding harmonies, and a tempo suspended in time, this piece serves as a perfect DJ set intro or a backdrop for introspective and meditative moments.

"New Opportunity" ofrece un ritmo de Progressive House en su máxima expresión, impulsado por líneas de bajo contundentes y una voz masculina íntima. "Distant Scientist" destaca con efectos divertidos y agradables al oído y una voz principal hipnótica y repetitiva. El remix de Juan Buitrago de "New Opportunity" ofrece una versión más profunda y atmosférica, mientras que Kyotto transforma "Distant Scientist" en un viaje más groove y estimulante con una larga e introspectiva ruptura. PREMIERE: Exile (AR) - New Opportunity (Juan Buitrago Remix) [Traful]

Back for a full debut on Meanwhile, Ruben Karapetyan returns with a twin-track offering of impressive stature as he delivers “Nostalgic Moments / Perceptual Isolation”.

Formerly hailed as Armenia’s top electronic music export back in the late 1990s, Ruben Karapetyan has continued to find himself at the forefront of the global Progressive House community with a distinctive sound palette. A double century of production credits since a November 2020 release on Tash’s Movement Recordings and the Armenian has not looked back. A host of original and remix production material has since found its way onto the likes of Paul Thomas’ UV, John 00 Fleming’s JOOF Aura and 30 credits for Mango’s top-selling Mango Alley. Moreover, Ruben has also found notable success on his own RKP label.

Opening his Meanwhile account in July 2023 as part of the “Meanwhile Excursions, Vol. 3” compilation, Ruben Karapetyan illustrates impressive flair with opener, “Nostalgic Moments”. Fuelled by percussive verve and effortless bass groove, it is certain to rip up dancefloors. Full of gravitas and a deep dark character, an increasing number of rhythmic layers add groove aplenty while a breakdown introduces increasing energy via pitched effect and snare rolls. The drop back into the earlier bass groove is a joy to behold.

The lighter, more airy qualities of “Perceptual Isolation” creates a magical touch that glistens and shimmers through the early phases. A subtle bassline sequence adds depth and club-friendly quality while the smooth melodic flourishes are able to shine through the delicate breakdown. Picking up the pace again in the third movement, a delicate and meandering acid-tinged arpeggio adds another memorable touch.

Reflecting on beautifully imagined nostalgia, Ruben Karapetyan reflects in glorious isolation with “Nostalgic Moments / Perceptual Isolation”.

When Nicolas first heard the track, he immediately connected with the melody and knew exactly how to take it into his sonic world. The result is a lush, melodic progressive track with otherworldly synths that stay true to the original concept.
The original version and Nicolas’ remix make up the A-side of the EP, with a more progressive feel.

Michael A @michael_a_official , one of the most respected names in contemporary Progressive House, returns to Univack with the hypnotic EP Sunbeam / Safari, a two-track release that stands out for its elegance, sobriety, and meticulous harmonic construction.

The main cut, Sunbeam, unfolds a serious and refined narrative, where every element—percussion, melody, and atmosphere—interacts with surgical precision. Its progression is restrained and intelligent, full of nuances that reveal its dancefloor potential without relying on gimmicks.

Safari, on the other hand, embraces a more minimalist aesthetic, with a darker and more sober approach.
