TrueColors presents a four-track VA featuring Afro grooves, deep atmosphere and organic sounds from Bartella, Inámo, Raw Main and Timujin.

The record label is well-known for its releases featuring the likes of YokoO, David Mayer, Hraach, Armen Miran and Squire. This latest offering titled 'Foresight Volume 2' is a combination of artists both new and old.

Bartella is a UK artist from London who makes his return to TrueColors with his tantalising track "Whoever Knows", which blends soothing vocals with flowing percussion and enchanting melodies.

Inámo is based in New York City and is the navigator of trueColors. His track "La Llama" is a dramatic slice of melodic house/techno with tribal percussion and a throbbing bassline that unfolds with captivating suspense.

Raw Main is a French artist based in Paris who's well-known for his contributions to record labels including Stil Vor Talent, Kindisch and Lost Miracle. His track "Touareg" has a deep and smouldering groove with dramatic chords and building tension underpinned by moody pads.

Timujin is another TrueColors regular who is also the co-founder and driving force behind the label. He is also known for releasing music on labels such as Damian Lazarus' Rebellion. His track "Emotional Blush" closes the release with its psychedelic atmosphere and middle eastern instruments that build towards a hypnotic synth line and flowing organic percussion.

Rounding out a strong spring season, Madloch’s Sound Avenue is pleased to welcome La Vue to the label for his debut EP. Hailing from Russia, La Vue first emerged in 2019 with a contribution to a Canopy Sounds Various Artists showcase, a release in which he shared billing with beloved organic artists Fulltone, Lisandro and Mule. A creative partnership with Sound Avenue affiliate 3rd Avenue was established shortly thereafter, resulting in a string of superlative releases which further defined his sound, resulting in an aesthetic that was organic, musical and effortlessly cool. Now five years on from his 3rd Avenue debut, and the label has developed into La Vue’s primary home, with the Russian artist appearing on the Belgian imprint a staggering thirty-nine times across five calendar years. Taken by Juan Mora, the ‘Castille’ EP artwork shows thriving coral reefs in Gorgona National Park in the Pacific Ocean, Colombia. A Colombian biologist, UW photographer, and expedition leader, Juan has dedicated his life and work to ocean advocacy. His camera serves as a powerful tool to share his passion and highlight the importance of protecting our planet.

To help protect places like Gorgona, supporting local, science-based efforts is key. Corales de Paz (Corals of Peace) is a Colombian non-profit leading participatory coral reef conservation by engaging divers, fishers, and coastal communities in monitoring and restoring reefs, they are building local capacity to ensure Colombia’s coral ecosystems thrive for generations to come.
